“He has been hyperventilating, trying to scare people for months, and New Yorkers are on to it. All the legitimate media organizations have called him out for what he’s doing — fearmongering,” the incumbent governor said on the Upper West Side after greeting commuters outside a West 72nd Street subway station.
I have thusly failed to see where or how Laws in any State excluded people that were Citizens and non-felons, nor do they specifically target people of any Race. I do believe everyone should find their Name and area/District printed in a registry book, then sign their name with a Photo identification attesting that they are who they claim. it's preposterous that there are people blocking or coercing citizens showing up at Polling places telling someone "you can't vote 'cuz you're (black/white/latino.etc)" or "you'd better vote for Xxxx or we'll fuck you and your family up".... this isn't a B grade movie from the 60's.They were already prepping people for this on the news this morning saying remember that republicans will likely come out and vote on Election Day and those will be counted first. Then they said the early votes will be counted later or during the Election Day counting and might show up in big dumps. I guess the moral is expect nothing good to come of any of this for us.
Also remember how republicans made it so voting is not fair we was going to exclude voters this year with their horrible racist laws only to have a record turnout across the country. Remember Georgia and how bad their law was? They have among the highest turnout.
That’s good to hear and I’m not picking on you or him, but this election is rather important so bad time to be switching/dropping the ball. Also with Michael Krocker just taking over a few weeks ago from Carl things are in a transition stage right now. Bad timing on that. Micheal will do a great job going forward. I will reach out to him and mention we need a better way of working with volunteers. Any ideas on that?
I’m not thrilled with the emergency order statement either, but it’s a close race we we all know hochul has abused the emergency orders so if you don’t vote for Zeldin it’s like a vote for hochul.I was considering voting early, and I was about to post here that I had made up my mind that I was going to hold my nose and vote for Lee Zeldin, as much as I don't like or trust the man.
Then I just saw a new ad from Zeldin talking about threats to his family and his daughters and saying that on his first day in office he is going to 1. declare a crime emergency, 2. end cashless bail and 3. fire weak prosecutors.
Okay, so the governor has the power to fire "weak prosecutors" elected by their county. But we don't need more governors taking advantage of "emergencies" to suspend duly enacted laws. New York's "cashless bail" reform is a disaster, but the governor unilaterally changing the terms of pretrial detention on an emergency declaration is an act of tyranny. "Emergencies" like COVID-19, "January 6", "9/11" etc. are what put us in the situation we are in. The legislature made this mess and the legislature should fix it.
I'm still probably going to vote for him as the apparent lesser evil to Hochul, but this after his previous "ha-ha I can't, won't and wouldn't do anything about abortion in New York" ad really tells me all I need to know about the guy. 100,000 babies murdered a year in New York, and now no limits on their age while the taxpayers fund it and bring mothers in from across the country to kill their babies, and his hands are tied and there's nothing he could or would do about it. An uptick in crime centered in urban areas and he can purge DA offices, declare an emergency and suspend laws to put people in jail. Fuck this guy.
Usually there's a cover charge, drink minimum and a stack of $2 bills involved in becoming a pole watcher.
She hasn’t fear mongered over legal gun owners Or the Bruen decision leading to every one every where being able to carry a gun anywhere they please, got it.“He has been hyperventilating, trying to scare people for months, and New Yorkers are on to it. All the legitimate media organizations have called him out for what he’s doing — fearmongering,” the incumbent governor said on the Upper West Side after greeting commuters outside a West 72nd Street subway station.
Man she is a pompous ass. I hope the only thing NY'ers are on to is her bullshit. As far as her definition of "Legitimate media organizations" I think we all know what she is referring to lol. Of course the ones in bed with the Dems and liberals are calling Zeldin out.
How is this a thing? it doesn't matter how your going to vote at your polling place jsut that it is your polling place and you are there to vote. This is confusing.
Just saw this on Reddit. You I know this election is already rigged.

Not sure but you could probably ask the guy who originally posted it.If Zeldin doesnt win, but Republicans take the house- they should pass constiional carry.
where was this?
Based on some of the comments I am not sure what to think. It could be an older video from a primary where you could only vote for one party or the other. Not sure the validity of this. Any way to prove this was from the current early voting?

Down here in Westchester, there are areas where every house that has a sign has a Hochul sign...and one for "Vote 'Yes' on Proposition 1."All I can say is I see very little hochul signs anywhere even on peoples lawns that have Brian Higgins or other democrats signs and they are lacking a hochul sign. I still don’t think Zeldin will pull it off but I’m hopeful. I’ve been telling everyone to vote and for him most said yeah, yaleah, yeah, but I’ve swayed a few votes his way. The democrats enthusiasm is low and Republican enthusiasm is the highest it’s ever been. If we don’t make some progress this round nys is a lost cause for sure.
I may or may not know a couple of people there. It was on the front page of one of New York's daily news papers during the last plannedemic/scamdemic.
What an idiot. There's 54 states.
If prop one goes through this state is probably doomed.Down here in Westchester, there are areas where every house that has a sign has a Hochul sign...and one for "Vote 'Yes' on Proposition 1."
From this I've learned: Republicans down here do not put up signs and that I definitely want to vote "no" on proposition 1 (goddamn climate change idiotic boondoggle).
I’m not far from Buffalo so I would expect to see hochul signs. Also there are democrat signs on lanes, but oddly they are missing hochul and a lot of this occurring. I’ve never noticed this in the past.Down here in Westchester, there are areas where every house that has a sign has a Hochul sign...and one for "Vote 'Yes' on Proposition 1."

He is amazing! Love him.... hoping he sticks around if he does not win.
We can take back the State Senate too..... that would be HUGE! Much hope if that happens. So, on the eve of election day....
Aside for the douche bag running for Congress against Higgins, I will be voting straight ticket.
Lee has a better chance of winning this election cycle than any other Republican in a very long time.
I will happily cast my vote for him and his team.
I am not sure which way this will go. I am near to the point that I do not care either way. My mind is made up to leave regardless of who wins.
Lee Zeldin cannot save NY. He can only slow a few things down. In time, the entire State is going to crash.
If Kathy the Cu^! wins, I hope all that vote(d) for her get exactly what they are wishing. She will continue the path of destruction in NY. Each day that has passed with her has been worse than the day prior.
All of those that do not vote correctly on election day, I can only hope your future in NY is miserable and pain filled.
