The tweet was almost a month ago and they deleted it after Kanye went (further) off the rails.

Irrelevant.

Kanye has made his views around this topic clear for the past like 4+ years. The only difference is that now he's stated them explicitly enough to go beyond even remote plausible deniability. He was very obviously a Nazi sympathizer, why the fuck do you think he was banned from twitter before Musk unbanned him? lol. If the GOP didn't know, it's because they were willfully ignoring it. His feelings were already well known when they tweeted out: "Kanye. Elon. Trump."

I worry a lot more about the party that is attempting to emulate the NAZIs by following their playbook to a T than i do about a few eccentrics who say "at least they made the trains run on time".

How's the War on Truth Going? - Kunstler

So now, one big truth has come nakedly into the open: the Left is at war with the First Amendment to the Constitution. Free speech, they say repeatedly now, makes our democracy unsafe. It can’t be allowed. They say that because they don’t have a better argument. The safety talking-point is a shopworn cliché from their grab-bag of Woke shibboleths that the public is sick of hearing. Anyone with half a brain can see how transparently dishonest and stupid it is. It’s not going over well, even among a people so sorely gaslighted as the USA in late 2022.

Speaking of what is safe and what is not safe, one of the main deceptions the past three years has been the suppression of information about the Covid-19 “vaccines” that were foisted on the population — for many, made a requirement to earn a living. The pre-Musk Twitter worked strenuously to bury any data and all news that suggested the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines were disabling and killing people. The tension between truth and lies has now reached a breaking point, with so many suspicious “all-causes” deaths coming to the public’s attention. This is what the authorities are really afraid of: that the people will learn their government has carried out — by epic incompetence or true malice — something that looks like an attempted genocide.

Elon Musk reveals Democrats lawmakers blasted Twitter for failing to censor MORE content after New York Post Hunter Biden laptop scandal - with lawmakers claiming 'free speech isn't absolute'

  • Journalist Matt Taibbi Friday began publishing the internal Twitter documents
  • They showed the shocking political influence on content moderation at the site
  • Taibbi conducted his probe with the cooperation of new Twitter chief Elon Musk
  • Emails showed staffers censoring tweets at the behest of the Joe Biden's team
  • His campaign made requests for tweets to be taken down - and Twitter complied
Files showing Twitter's suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal were released on the social media giant today thanks to Elon Musk.

The documents include internal Twitter emails appearing to show staffers censoring tweets at the behest of the Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign.

Weeks ahead of the election in October 2020, Twitter prevented sharing of a story about Hunter's involvement with a Chinese oil giant – and his then-presidential candidate father Joe Biden's potential slice of a multi-million-dollar deal with the foreign firm.

James Baker also interfered in the 2016 election when he acted as a running dog for Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Michael Sussmann.
