When you reach the roof and the guy has a rifle pointed at you and you dont have your firearm in hand, you get the fuck outta the way. I dont give a fuck how tough you think you are, if there is a way to avoid being shot, you take it. As for the radio transmission not reaching the right people, I can tell after years of doing security for Mario Cuomo in NYC in conjunction with the NYSP, we were all on the same tac, the transmission was heard by all. This local LEO was not at fault, the secret service was... and I'm not sure it was any kind of security lapse, it was intentional.

Is the murder of Corey Comperatore a federal investigation? Or is it solely in the scope of PA law enforcement?

Probably shared to some degree.

WWJD? Looks like Jesus voted early.
To be fair I don't blame them. The average guard makes like $15 an hour. Not exactly a lot of room to be a fuckin hero. You willing to charge into a gun battle for $15? I'm not.

Jesus said.people should sell their clothes so they could afford to buy one of the most formidable weapons of the day.
He also took up arms to chase scum bags from the temple.

Pretty sure these were local LEO's, not square badges. If there were security guards employed, they werent in any critical positions.

Yes it would have been standard operating procedure. There was no mistake. Every possible shooting position would have been blocked by LE. the dead space behind the building would have been flagged at any safety briefings , It could not have gone un noticed by the entire team . impossible . Not unlikely, impossible. this wasnt negligence . One thing also crossed my mind about the unusual amount of female agents is that they were selling the incompetence angle to the public.

Great shades of Lee Harvey Oswald. At least the deep state is becoming more efficient about disposing of witnesses and evidence.

Anyone notice that the shooter Thomas Crooks was in a Blackrock commercial?
I'll put my tinfoil hat on and say something is extremely fishy. Blackrock is heavily influenced and involved with the Chinese and with Xidens love affair with the CCP, and the shooter once did a commercial for them?
It's a stretch but smells foul.

Hey, did anyone end up hearing about the shooting at the Trump rally? Looks like it was an assassination attempt. What was the deal with the police snipers and secret service?
Something smells off here guys.

Thomas Matthew Crooks was just a tool, he undoubtedly had a handler. As
@Michael_Yon
says, he was a wind-up tool [like an Iraqi or Afghan suicide bomber] who probably did not know his actual "mission" until the day it happened. He was groomed and handled all the way. https://westernrifleshooters.blogspot.com/2011/01/bracken-professor-raoul-x.html… That's the point of my 2011 short fiction piece "Professor Raoul X," [see link] where Raoul is a reference to the "helper" that MLK's assassin James Earl Ray steadfastly claimed was around him and guiding him to Memphis. For example, according to Ray, he bought a bolt action rifle, and Raoul told him no, that's no good, and had him buy a Remington Gamemaster pump action rifle instead, for faster follow-up shots. Then after the MLK assassination, Ray somehow got to Canada and to Europe, with money, passport, tickets, ID, contacts for safe hiding places etc. [There was no internet in that era for sleuths to dig into all of Ray's mysterious and implausible travels.] The Tennessee hillbilly did NOT act alone. He was groomed, cultivated, and supported. Like Thomas Matthew Crooks. The biggest "tell" to me is that Crooks was featured in a Blackrock commercial 2 years ago. This is when a "spotter" [like a Professor Raoul X] would have noted his malleable, bitter, alienated, nihilistic personality, and then a handler/groomer would be sent to intersect with his life. This would be an amiable older "buddy" who plausibly met him, then took him to the range, fed him internet links and stories etc. Even advised him to register as a Republican. Now the FBI says they are unable to unlock Crook's phone. If true, it's because his handler or handlers installed features on his phone to scrub it or to permanently lock it without LE breaking extra layers of crypto security. Far above what a 20 year old would know to do on his own. [That's if the FBI is even telling the truth. They had the damning Hunter Biden laptop for years, and they just hid it.]

True as long as you don’t wind up getting screwed for starting a stampede but at that event not likely.

Not sure I buy an intentional conspiracy.
But, weaponized incompetence OTOH.
Every organization has it's fuck ups.
And many democrats have made no secret that they wanted to strip Trump of SS protection altogether.
When you can't do that, what's the next best thing ?
Give him half as many people as he should have, and make sure they're the ones nobody wants.

Since there *were* several actual gun shots, and people didn't seem to panic at all, I think you'd be safe.
I imagine the result might be different at a Biden rally, but then again a stampede is hard to pull off when all the participants arrived in the same taxi.
