Where I get my gas on the reservation, the price hasn't gone up yet.
The truck stop down the road from there, the price of regular has gone up a few cents. Meh.
I drive past both places everyday and I'm in the habit of looking at the prices.

I don't even look at the price when I'm pumping, about to pump, or finished pumping. Gas is pretty cheap here. That's all I need to know.

Looks like Iran attacked large refineries in Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Me either, but its because regardless of what it costs i need gas. It just sucks when it goes higher and my paycheck stays the same.

[stokes]

I'm the same, I have always driven gas guzzlers and like you said, I need the gas and I'm gonna buy it regardless. I look occassionally but dont really make note of what it is. I filled up today with ethanol free hi test and dont remember what it cost

[Bigfoot]

I look at the gas prices posted on the signs at my go-to places when I drive by, meh, curiosity and or awareness is a thing. Yeah, of course, I'm also going to get gas if I need it, duh, but I still pay attention to what I'm paying. I've got 3 vehicles, 3 fuel tanks to keep gassed up.

I buy Right Guard spray deodorant on Amazon.

The price since November 2025 has doubled form $10 to $20 for a 2-pack. Why?

Is it manufactured in Tehran?

Fox’s Bill Melugin Confronts Hakeem Jeffries with Pelosi’s 2011 Claim Obama Didn’t Need Congress Authorization to Bomb Libya — But Now They Want to Stop Trump

The radical left is at it again with their “rules for thee, but not for me” playbook.

While the Democrats are currently screaming “unconstitutional” over President Trump’s decisive actions against the Iranian regime, they seem to have developed a convenient case of amnesia regarding 2011.
During the 2011 military intervention in Libya, Nancy Pelosi, then the House Minority Leader, publicly defended Barack Obama’s authority to conduct airstrikes without a formal vote from Congress.

[GOPerfect]

@GOPerfect when you spoke to the good dr. How was the report from Israel? Are a lot of missiles and drones making it through the defenses?

The media seems to be keeping a pretty good lid on information on losses and damage from getting out. Just curious from a boots on the ground report.

He spoke with his sister, her daughter and family are in the west side of Jerusalem. Quite a few bombs/missiles and drones made it though. Closest to her was about 15 miles away. There is a lot of fear and many residents have been spending time in the shelters.

This will be available to all Shipping Lines.

Iran Conflict – Oil Disruption Hits Key BRICS Members Hard

♦ First blow, the Trump tariffs hit Beijing hardest. ♦ Second blow, the Beijing tentacle on the Panama Canal is severed. ♦ Third blow, global tariff threats changed the risk dynamic for southeast Asia countries who acted as transnational shippers for China. ♦ Fourth blow, cheap sanctioned oil from Venezuela was cut-off. ♦ Now, the fifth blow; cheap, sanctioned Iranian oil is disrupted.

As noted by Politico: Following USA military strikes, “ships have begun to avoid the Strait of Hormuz off the coast of Iran — a critical shipping lane for Gulf nations to export oil to Asia. China in 2025 received about half of its imported oil from the six Gulf countries that rely on the strait. Other large crude oil producers in the region — including Saudi Arabia, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates — transport almost all their crude exports through the geographic bottleneck.”

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/China-Oil-Supply.jpg
It’s not just a factor of oil flow, but also the price that China will ultimately end up having to pay. Beijing was buying oil from Venezuela, Iran and Russia at steep discounts because their purchases were skirting western sanctions.
With Iranian oil production now no longer a market option, China will seek to replace their needs with more Russian alternative. However, that diversion means the oil India was purchasing from Russia will come at a higher price, and the refined final product that was exported by India will arrive to the European Union carrying an additional cost.
Simultaneously, Vladimir Putin was asked about Russia’s lack of military support to Iran in response to the U.S. military action, to wit the Russian president noted the technical terms of their joint military agreements did not include Russia’s immediate involvement. In shorthand, Russia is busy and is not getting involved.

An American submarine sank an Iranian warship off the coast of Sri Lanka, US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth confirmed Wednesday, the first US sinking of an enemy ship by torpedo since World War II.

The attack left at least 101 people missing, one dead and 78 injured, sources in Sri Lanka’s navy and defense ministry told Reuters.

"An American submarine sunk an Iranian warship that thought it was safe in international waters. Instead, it was sunk by a torpedo,” Hegseth told reporters at a press briefing.

For the millionth time, radicalization and weaponization of modern Islam was started by the CIA to counter Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and was used in many other places. This is well known and documented historical fact. It's U.S. policy which continues to this day in plain view. Blame those who weaponized this religion, not those who were born into it.

Because muslim extremists havent been trying to wipe out Christians for 1000s of years, right?

Didn't you know - the crusades were a CIA plot against the muslims!

Technically since the 7th century with multiple sects of extreme jurists evolving the religious radicalization through the 10th century, long before the CIA existed.

Of special note, the torpedoed Iranian ship was the Soleimani (named after the late terrorist leader).

So this is the 2nd Soleimani deep sixed by the USA under a Trump Administration.

Interesting. According to this account the Iranians are methodically targeting our radar infrastructure in the region. If they are successful this will inhibit our ability to communicate and our targeting. Trump has definitely rolled the dice on a high stakes gamble.

It appears there is a race against time on both sides.
