"Democrats will not stop fighting this nomination"...
Well, Custer didn't stop fighting the Indians either, right up until he did.
I am watching now. WOW! These people are really fucked in the head. Booker is speaking now, sees nothing but Race. He is a vile little man!

They keep squaking about the ACA.
It was horrible. I had Silver. It wasn't any where near as good as what my company offers as a basic plan.
I paid like $70/month with $300 gov help to get craptastic silver nonsense.
I pay $36/mo with dental and vision. It's about the equivalent of platinum or gold on the aca.
It's a joke. The low cost like emergency, bronze, or silver are coverage in name alone.
Now if you're poor enough to be on the "essential" plan in NY that is a different story.

I am one of those Americans who believe that Health Care is NOT a Right. I hope it goes away!

There never have been rights.
The only rule of law is enforced by people with weapons.
Period.

Nothing that creates an obligation upon someone else can be considered a right.
Freedom of Speech is a right. Nobody has to pay or do anything for you to exercise your right.
Freedom of Religion is a right. Nobody has to pay or do anything for you to exercise your right.
Freedom to Assemble is a right. Nobody has to pay or do anything for you to exercise your right.
Freedom to own a firearm is a right. Nobody has to pay or do anything for you to exercise your right.
Health care is not a right. For you to claim health care as a right, doctors, nurses, technicians, administrators, et al, must all work for you for "free." You cannot demand that someone else provide their labor to you, for free, because it is your "right." Those other citizen workers also have rights...such as to be adequately remunerated for their labor.
You may have a right to equal access to health care plans. You could claim a right to purchase health insurance. You could make a very good case that a civil society will provide health care for those citizens who cannot work to afford it for themselves (we do not owe anything to those who are able-bodied but do not want to provide for themselves).
I have stated before and I will say it again...
You sir are a poet. With your permission, I would like to copy, past and use what you just shared....

Access to health care is a right.
Someone else paying for it us not.
The 1A says I can say what I want. It doesn't say someone needs to buy me a commercial during halftime in the superbowl to say it.
The 2A says we can have whatever arms we can afford. It does not say the taxpayers need to provide them for me.
etc...
etc...
Rights are things the government *isn’t* allowed to restrict. They can never be something someone had to provide.
Anything that has a limited quantity available (like healthcare, or even food) *must* be rationed somehow. You can let the market do it, or the government. Governments do not have a very good track record doing this.
Picking up what you put down. The only cravat to what you wrote, the Libtards want Health care for all, not access alone. But, besides that point, spot on.
Mitch needs to stfu and get on with it already. I don't give a shit what he has to say.

They pervert everything they touch, especially language.
In this case it's the very concept of a "right". But they have done it to half the english language at this point.
They have had massive success redefining commonly understood words in order to make arguing against their policies impossible.
We have let them control the language, and that is why we are in so much trouble.
In many cases they have completely inverted the meaning of words, like "racism" and "facism".
"You will treat people differently based on their race, or you're a racist"
"White people are racists, because they are white"
"We need to violently suppress the speech of our opponents, because they are fascists"
Call that roll.

Fucking democrats and their infantile foot stomping, kicking, and screaming with their thumbs down horseshit. They're such a pile of whiney bitches. I'd be embarrassed to be known as a Democrat. Congrats Mrs. Barrett as you were accepted by the rules of the process, election year or not.
