Letter says 'UNRESTRICTED'. My wife and i took the concealed class after we applied for the license and before the interview. I believe this (among other things) was probably a help in getting unrestricted right away.
Update: Received "Unrestricted" letter today: 6 months, 1 week after application submitted.
