I want to know who will do the firearms testing at at WHICH politically correct targets?........... Can't shoot at human shapes, any elephants, squirrels, rabbits, wolves, whales or any BLACK target circles...............nor red or brown...............only white, with whiter target circles?

IDPA smilly faces targets, will not be legal either....only Trump images, representing bad guys?

So let me get this straight, as of 12-26-2025 the GOP has the house, the senate, and the presidency. Now the Dems are introducing anti-gun legislation. It would be more believable if they did this 4 years ago when they ran everything. They seem to only introduce this stuff when they are not in power. Its time to just ignore the white noise, they are just doing this to get their 30 second clip on MSNOW ( MS no ones watching).

It's part and parcel: They know there's almost zero chance of their Bills ever reaching the Floor and even IF they did, there is no more chance of passage...it's all about optics and raising money/interest in the upcoming Mid-Term Elections...they have this shit (and others) drawn and waiting a tragedy or emergency to spring into play. why do you think they say "Never let a tragedy go to waste"?

The rest of the world has proven that registration leads to confiscation. No reason to believe this is any different of a scheme. BTW, if they don't like 2A then have a constitutional convention and get rid of it or change it. That is the only constitutional way to "..shall not infringe.." on it 2A and the citizens rights. :beer:

Ostensibly "shooting someone" is with intent to kill or incapacitate them: Both are violent felonies (outside of self defense) above any gun charges, yet that doesn't seem to bother those committing the shootings in places like Chicago...IDGAF how often the Dems claim they're for protecting people, they cannot and will not actually fix the problem because they don't want to...they're happy standing atop the bodies of Blacks crying about their deaths, but the reality is the only thing they're sad about is losing another loyal voter.

It was allowed to become archaic and forgotten by those enforcing, and ignorant of by those affected...LEOSA suffers the same.
LEOSA was enacted in 2004 and FOPA in 1986 and there's been two generations of People employed in Law Enforcement, many of whom are completely unaware or even give a shit here in NY because of the over-reaching and strenuous Laws covering Handguns, and believe me when I tell you the "Premier" Organization know as the NYSP often have little to no clue or guidance on the matter jams people up every day...Look at what was happening at JFK and Lagurdia Airports with People ostensibly "passing through" getting jammed up with felonies...
The Laws are still around, and if YOU don't know them and have Legal representation that DOES, then you're going to get hammered by those going by what they think is Law, at least until you have your day and prove otherwise...Stupidity and Government go hand in hand.
