This is part of an email I received from FPC. They are looking for plaintiffs to be named in a lawsuit to sue NYS. Details below.

Your Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) Legal Action Team is looking for qualified people who want to sue New York and help us strike down unconstitutional laws. We are looking for potential plaintiffs who:
  • Live in either New York City or within the counties of Duchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, or Westchester
  • Are at least 21 years old
  • Possess a valid license to carry a handgun issued by their city or county of residence
  • Regularly visit New York City and regularly visits or travels through the Times Square area
  • Would carry a handgun in Times Square if not for the law prohibiting it
  • Would be willing to sue New York City and participate in a federal lawsuit as a named plaintiff

Great, they are going to sue to get guns to be allowed in time square? How about all the other places they are banned. I’d image they’d get more bang for their buck that route.
