I thought this was an interesting one to discuss here.
Basics are suspect flees with him in his hand and the officer shoots him in the back while fleeing. Ok, sounds justified enough to me. Smart these days, maybe not, but if it’s a populated area and what his past crimes were in on board.
Ambulance shows up and the first ambulance is taken by an officer(women?) having an anxiety attack. Some say she was hysterical, but then reported to deny treatment in the ambulance.
Man dies later and the second ambulance was about a 10 minute delay. I thought this was interesting and never heard of it happening before so thought it might bring up some interesting conversations.
My take is if it was a mild anxiety attack preference should have been given to the man bleeding out on the ground and a patrol car could have brought her to the hospital. If she was having trouble breathing then I would prioritize her. After all she wasn’t the criminal running away with a gun in her hand.

A man who was shot by Connecticut police last year and later died had to wait 10 extra minutes for another ambulance to arrive at the scene, after another officer having an anxiety attack took the first one.
