Hochul is as dumb as a stump,- and she and her husband are just lining their own pockets at NYer’s expense. She is just following in that grifter Cuomo’s footsteps.

What is still amazing to me is the absolute difference between New Yorkistan (and other blue states), and living in “Free America”.

i always considered myself as knowledgeable, but I honestly had NO IDEA of just how bad it was living in NY compared to life living away from NY (South Carolina) UNTIL I got free from NY! The differences are SHOCKING! And GREAT!

I don't think so... that's always been an intentionally misleading statement.

Yes, on balance, NYC taxes "support" upstate. But that support is necessary to fund liberal policies that wouldn't exist if they weren't shoved down our throats. A separate upstate would have a much smaller per-capita cost of governance.

Its amazing that she was actually proud of the fact people were "captives" in Manhattan for s time. The side by side from her victory speech from 2022 and now this is eye opening.
