Newly married wife had trouble doing a recert for her permit .. This is the process .

Wife had changed her drivers licence SS card, and pistol permit at the county clerks office over 6 months ago. She went to do her recert and was denied. Tried calling help line ... useless.... We called county clerks office and were told to enter the form using her old name and there is a place on the form to do this name change and everything went through. The clerk we talked to said every day she gets a question about the recert process. .... Still a cluster fuck folks ... Perhaps this will help someone ...
