Why would it be SpaceX ? Wouldn't Tesla make a lot more sense ?

SpaceX has 10,000 assets 150 miles up. Tesla has millions driving next to you in traffic that are already loaded with hi-def cameras and an AI computer.

It would be trivial for Teslas to add license plate and even facial recognition to every one of their cars out there.

So, add full up spy sattelite hi-res telescopes to all the sattelites, or push a minor software update to the cars.

Which plan would you take ?

Given the intrusiveness and covert methods in use, some of which for decades, I could see where information is constantly gathered about the vehicle, driver, and everything scan able going on around the Car, then being transmitted via Cell Towers, where seemingly innocuous data is separated and sent into an undisclosed Black Hole, and should anyone question the legality or legitimacy of doing so, it'll be justified in the End User Agreement you signed, but didn't read.

I know this might be hard for a flat earther to understand so I'll try to dumb it down as much as possible. One can be both against flock cameras and still find the people who think 5,000 government agencies have access to their data ridiculous paranoid buffoons. But that's just me.
