Democrats despite their duplicity know the source and problem with gun violence revolves around the Black and Underserved community, but that's their voter base so they have to blame "whiteness" and "racism" lest they be exposed for who and what they are.
I can't pin down the exact Bill, but in one of the more notorious anti-gun Bills, the Senate in their explanation of necessity clearly pointed out that (illegal) Guns were being bought outside of NYS/NYC by Blacks and used in "Underserved" neighborhoods....They know the real problem and source, but would rather fuck with legitimate Dealers and White People that commit a very small percentage of violent crimes.

ICEgov officers could soon be equipped with gloves capable of delivering electric shocks to gain compliance from combative individuals.
AP is reporting that a DHS notice published yesterday lays out how ICE plans to spend up to $20 MILLION to purchase thousands of “conductive distraction and de-escalation devices” by March.
The device, known as the G.L.O.V.E. — Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter — is worn by officers and can deliver an electrical shock through contact. It is manufactured by Kentucky-based Compliant Technologies and has previously been used by some law enforcement agencies and jails.

This Houston TX teacher is a successful content creator in the cuisine / cooking community. In other posts he says these "failing students" are articulate and can verbally defend their thoughts / opinions but without speech to text and text to speech AI recognition on their devices they are illiterate. That was fascinating because my initial impulse was "they were uneducated" but am now starting to think "they are just lazy".I saw this last night. I feel bad for him and all his dumb ass students.
