I got a door flyer the other day, it was for the local Democrat candidate for the NYS Senate rep. The current rep is a Republican. The flyer was blaming costs of everything in New York State, including insurance and healthcare, on this Republican. I thought for a microsecond “How could anybody be so stupid to think that one Republican is responsible for the Democrat super majority’s actions?“

19 days to go until the gubernatorial election. It sure would be great if Hochul the Horrible went down in flames politically. The productive taxpayers of New York State really need that to happen at this point. But unfortunately, I just don't see the bitch losing.

Even if one were to believe this statement the left is less pro American than the right and Trump so…. FWIW - I've seen a couple of people who are considered very knowledgeable and completely understand NY politics say Blakeman has a legit chance at winning. Something about Hochul being so terrible that there's actually a legit chance.

Yes, I’m preparing my anus for a good work over while some one reaches into my back pocket to steal my money.
Hochul just said she has us on the path to universal health care. Depending on how that works out and the utility rates that might push me out of here. We’re talking $4,000 a year in increased utility rates already.
My brother just moved to Florida and he said his electric in Florida is half what is was here with using 3,000 extra KWH in Florida. That’s insane.

It sure is. If it wasn't for my wife not wanting to move away from her family I would have been long gone by now.
But I'm stuck here in NY for now and FWIW will vote for Blakeman and hope for the best.
I don't personally know one single person who's going to vote for Hochul, but at the same time I very much live in a Conservative/Republican bubble so there's that to consider.

I live in a Democrat stronghold and I don’t know a single person voting for Hochul. I’m sure part of it is who I hang around with, but I even know democrats who say we can’t afford her. She wants to spend more money now. Yikes!!
