Does it strike anyone else as wierd that the perp retired as an NYPD Narcotics Detective at 37 years old?

He apparently only served a few years (he joined nypd at 32 years old) and retired on a disability pension after being shot in his wrist while off duty in a laundromat his family owned.

Funny how the “disabled” cop was functional enough to roll as an armed security guard for all these years. Seems like another cop with anger management issues who thinks shooting a motorist in the back is ok. Cowardly, egomaniacal narcissist. Thin blue line forever.
