Poland Leftist Prime Minister Donald Tusk Leads a Judicial Coup D’Etat

Things were simmering just below the surface due to pro-EU globalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk and a pro-nationalist President Karol Nawrocki both occupying leading roles in government, with a conflicted judiciary stuck between them making decisions about efforts to change the Polish constitution.
Tusk supports globalism, Nawrocki supports nationalism, the constitutional judiciary, a tribunal assembly essentially equivalent to the U.S. supreme court, held more nationalist judges than globalist judges – including the tribunal court president Bogdan Swieczkowski (essentially the Chief Justice).
LAST NIGHT – Prime Minister Tusk waited until President Nawrocki left the country, then together with aligned ideological judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, they declared the court President, Bogdan Swieczkowski, as null and void, while presenting herself as the replacement. Judge Korwin-Piotrowska attempted to become the self-appointed judicial president with the support of Tusk.

As best it can be determined, Prime Minister Tusk simultaneously ordered the police to surround the judicial court complex and block any attempts to stop what was happening inside the tribunal area. Justice Minister Waldemar Zurek, who is also the attorney general, told journalists he requested the lifting of legal immunity for Judicial President Swieczkowski and his deputy Bartlomiej Sochanski in order to carry out their replacement.
This was, by all reasonable interpretations, a stunning and planned judicial coup d’etat carried out by globalist Donald Tusk, an aligned judge Korwin-Piotrowska and an internal network of leftist government allies. However, President Karol Nawrocki, a close ally of Donald Trump, turned his plane around en route to Senegal and quickly returned to Warsaw so that he could intervene and stop the judicial overthrow.

To say the events were stunning would be an understatement. Prime Minister Donald Tusk essentially tried to forcibly remove the judicial blocks that were keeping Poland sovereign and away from the deleterious impacts of Brussels, including mass migration and the elimination of all Polish sovereign currency.

Donald Tusk wants Poland fully committed to the larger goals of the European Union; President Karol Nawrocki wants to keep Poland sovereign. The people inside Poland are caught in this remarkable dynamic, where a percentage of the population that wants full EU influence is now actively trying to destroy and remove all political opposition who favor the retention of Polish sovereign rights to control its culture, borders and currency.

Nah, better would just be a swift trial and long prison sentences or executions for the insurgents.

Followed by investigations to root out anyone who helped them.

A civil war will make them think they almost got away with, and might encourage others.

Alarming Update on Coup Effort From Polish Media

The background for Americans to best understand this story is HERE.

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/update-1.gif
In the update to the attempted judicial coup d’etat carried out by globalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk last night, Polish media are now reporting the plane carrying Poland’s President Karol Nawrocki was denied landing permission as the President was urgently returning to deal with the leftist government effort.
The media are reporting that military pilots of the airplane carrying President Nawrocki refused to follow the orders from the air traffic controllers and landed the President back in Warsaw. {Source Here}
If these reports are accurate, Prime Minister Donald Tusk has no plausible deniability to distance himself from the grossly unconstitutional effort. Calls are now being made to cancel the Parliamentary assembly and hold new elections to restabilize the government.

Marcin Przydacz – “Poland is facing a serious constitutional crisis following events at the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw on Friday, 30 October, and during the following night.
For those unfamiliar with the Polish legal system, the Constitutional Tribunal is an independent constitutional body responsible for reviewing the constitutionality of legislation, but it also has other very important competences concerning the constitutional status of the President of the Republic and the President of the National Bank of Poland. Its independence and the legal status of its judges are protected by the Polish Constitution.

Since this spring, Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government has been taking steps aimed at gaining control over the Tribunal, most recently by attempting to install a former minister from his own cabinet as a new “judge” of the Tribunal. The government presents these actions as an effort to restore the rule of law. However, the methods employed raise fundamental questions about respect for the Constitution itself.

Polish MEP Dominik Tarczyński is explaining what is happening right now at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, calling it nothing less than a COUP D’ÉTAT!
“In Poland, we have a liberal-left government led by Donald Tusk, who is the Prime Minister. What is happening right now with the Constitutional Tribunal is that they want to take it over and fill it with their own people.
Why? Because they want to get rid of the Polish currency, bring us into the eurozone, and eliminate our secure borders. They are being pushed by the Germans, who want to spread the burden of illegal migration and send migrants to Poland.
First of all, the Polish złoty is our constitutionally protected currency. They have to change the Constitution to replace it, and without the Constitutional Tribunal, they cannot do that.
So, number one, they want to get rid of our currency and force us to adopt the euro and join the eurozone. Then they want to take our gold reserves, the largest in the European Union, to Frankfurt, to the European Central Bank, which is a German-based institution.
They also want to open our borders. And they want to make sure that when they lose the next elections, which are coming next year, the Constitutional Tribunal will be unable to do anything to stop their actions or reverse what they have done.
There are many more reasons, but I want you to understand one thing: they are under German influence. They are globalists, and we are fighting not just for Poland, but for Europe.
Be like Poland. Be strong. Our nation is strong, and we are going to win this fight!”

I will say this caught me by surprise. The EU globalists are desperate. Masking this coup attempt as political in fighting because 6 judges haven't been sworn in. Poland's govt and politics are very hard to understand. A President and a PM somewhat sharing power. This was completely orchestrated by Brussels. When you wait for the President to leave the country to subvert the political process and seat judges who will move Poland under EU financial control, that is a coup. Poland has 100 tons more gold than the EU central banks who are already heavily in financial trouble and holding debt from failed EU countries. France and Germany are in massive financial trouble as the top two. Poland kept its currency and banking has a check against Brussels power. They won't accept migrants or pay the EU and vig. Poland's militarily is the strongest in the EU. But that military needs to be under Brussels command if they are to create a false flag event and blame Russia to invoke NATO for WW3 that they are preparing everyone for. Shit is getting real.
IMHO, this is all the result of the new EU trade deal. A complete ass raping for the EU. Read it. The forced new 5% commitment to NATO and the defunding of USAID. Nearly 200 billion annually gone. We, the U.S. tax payer, were the welfare for Europe. France needs a 700 billion bailout as it GDP growth is only 0.4%. Germany grew only 0.2%. The two largest economies in the EU in free fall. Look for Poland to signal leaving the EU. Italy will be next.

Very good points. There are many things in play.

Its really starting to unravel. Sooner or later the wrong globalists will be out of moves and do some crazy fox shenanigans to try and save themselves.

The socialists are starting to run out of other people's money.

That's never pretty.

Make no mistake, this is what they have planned for the US.

The only thing standing in their way is our Constitution. Once the socialists pack the courts, they will legislate it away. It'll still exist, they'll just rule that it doesn't apply to various things.

This is why they want to disarm us. They'll do it legislatively at first. Then they'll use force to finish it
