My PRO's are all 2MOA dots. I've had no issue with any of them on my rifles.
As I've been using them for years the 2MOA is easy for me to get a bead on. It may take some adjustment for others
Ahhhhh and we've finally gotten to the specifics finally!
Correct. However, I'm no more of a Constitutional Scholar than anyone else on this site. Unfortunately, that leaves me at the whims of the USSC decisions, same as anyone else. And until some decisions are made, I'm no more authorized...
You're gonna have to be way more specific than that.
You see it as a plain Constitution issue.
I'm saddled with Federal Case Law, State Case Law, State Law, Law Department Policy, Department Policy, Patrol Directives, Supervisor Orders/Directives.
Almost all of which can conflict with each other.
This is big.
I can no longer fix problems. We have 3 levels of "supervision" dedicated to watching body cameras. And all the individuals involved in those levels have never actually been The Police.
They graduated an Academy. But they hid wherever possible, avoided confrontation, got put...
You gotta make it to that big cushy pension first.
No issues at all for being liable for those decisions. BIG issue with being railroaded for political expediency for the political class. If I'm morally, ethically, legally right and within department policy, then I should NOT be held liable...
We're now hiring kids who 10 years ago wouldn't have been looked at for even an interview.
My agency never used to go below a 90 on the Civil service exam.
We're now canvassing mid to low 80s.
Our last academy class had a kid that actually told me he gets really nervous talking to people...
Oh, we can arrest. I just spend more time in the booking area than the skell does. They're given their DAT within 2 hours. I have to spend my time going through the store's depositions, and transcribe my BWC footage step by step in my report. So it's about 4 hours from arrest to going back...
First off, stop and frisk isn't a program. It's from the USSC Terry vs Ohio case (thus why it's called a Terry stop)
Second, it was under Guiliani that it became a performance metric for NYPD. Under the CompStat Program that was under Bratton, which was later bastardized to become a numbers game
All valid points from the videos I saw. One point of contest, the Retirement House isn't covered by USCP. USSS has responsibilty for security of the grounds. The USSS-Uniform Division are the guys you see in the video.
Looks like Jamal is getting charged with a misdemeanor.
Can't wait to see the booking photo!

You can give up how you get your ammo all you want sweetie. I have my own way around Herr Hochul, I'm just not as stupid as you are to give it up so they can fix that option.
Second, I call bullshit on all the "the cop/trooper asked me about my guns". It does not happen. But you guy enjoy...
This is incorrect. The only information I receive when running a driver's license is the information on the license and prior convictions/suspensions. Not criminal information (with the sole exception of suspensions for "sale and/or possession of narcotics")
An actual "background check" in...

Yep. Because back in 1899 Bill Clinton was trying to push gun control.
"This stuff is always forgotten" because it never happened.
Well... let's see.
There was this thread where everyone hadda open their mouths about who was still shipping to NY
https://nygunforum.com/threads/whos-shipping-ammo-to-ny-still.33245/page-3#post-682459
And mysteriously each of those companies got cease and desist letters from Jumbo James...
Just wait until NYSP stages at the border to pull traffic stops on cars with NY plates like they do during fireworks season.
You guys go on and keep telling Aunt Cunty Hochul ways around her bullshit so she can fix all the holes.
You don't learn.
The zip tie is to show either their property unit or ballistics lab that the firearm is safe and empty. It's also used to secure the firearm to the evidence box.
Trigger locks aren't included in the evidence box if it's not initially with the firearm. Otherwise it would appear that the...
