The spec is the spec there is tolerances build in to the spec. I'll bet the DPMS LPK in a DPMS lower would feel the same in a bunch of their lower but fell different in say a Spike lower as both company tooling is defferent.. But all the parts are with in tolerances.

In the end he might get a 600yd range I've shot 1000yd it took me 10 round to hit the target and another 20 to make it look like a group. Most people don't have the equipment to shoot a 1000yd(scope and mount setup). Things change drastically past 600yd you could be aiming 20ft above the target...
