So when do the normal people start leaving Portland? I assume there are plenty of normal people living there too who aren't happy with their city being a war zone.
Yes, but in the unlikely event that the 9th rules against bans, then there is a split in Circuit rulings. That is supposed to get SCOTUS involved to resolve the split. In theory, anyway.
You are on the right track, but it’s actually Congress that is the problem here. They refuse to work together to do their job, and allow the Executive to do their job for them. In the same manner our state legislators are the ones to thank for the dictatorial powers Cuomo currently enjoys. They...
See, my employer requires me to wear a mask at work, so I do. I don't see it as the totally blown out of proportion "muh rights" issue that have so many panties in a wad.
No he can’t. The anti-American dogma has not yet crept into our small school district. At least not openly. And he thinks the perpetually offended are morons.

Unfortunately this was far from a split second decision. The officer had his knee on the neck of the deceased for a good 8 minutes. Plenty of time to realize that it was a bad call, or for the other officers on the scene to intervene. All four of these guys are guilty.
You only get to say that if you are willing to pay his legal bills if he ships to NY and they go after him. I don’t blame any vendor that refuses to take that risk.
Police busting into the homes of innocent people and killing them affects us all. Any one of us could be in the next wrong house that gets invaded. This crap needs to stop, and officers must be held fully accountable.
And the officers involved won’t be held liable. “Official actions” and all that b.s. meanwhile the tax payers will foot the bill for the successful lawsuit.
If you were not buying when everything was cheap (and it was), you really have no one to blame but yourself. It's not like we have not seen the cycle before.
