I put a real nice 590a1 on gunbroker several months back nut got $265! The buyer got a great deal. My customer lost his ass.
$1 start no reseve. Go figure.
Yes!
Great match. Lots of fun. One year it was 60 degrees. Another year it was 0 degrees. The 0 degree day showed which Lubes were good and which were bad. (FWIW slip 2000 EWL worked perfectly)
This will be the 1st one i miss since the inception.
Have fun!
I thought i was going to buy my 1st ever new vehicle. Then i decided to get a slightly used retro honda.......but at the last min i went with this.
Probably not the best grocery getter (the small step through automatics are easier to transport items with.......)
150 cc, Fuel injected, disk...
Buy theugly plastic black guns now while they are sub $400. It 10-15 years you will be sounding like the ak47 crowd....”why pay $900 for an ak? I paid (20 years ago) 275$ For mine.......
Not really. The forearm must containthe name. Build location and serial number. Without all 3 it is not a firearm. (For modern firearms. Pre 64 some d not have a serial number......)
The “actual firearm” need to have the makers name, city, (state if applicable) AND serial number. If it does not contain all 3 then it is not the “firearm”.
It does not matter who hands over the cash. AS LONG AS THE GUY THAT DOES THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS THE ACTUAL BUYER!
Even if the money man was in the car. As long as teh guy filling the 4473 IS THE ACTUAL BUYER.
This is the part you are having trouble with. YOU CAN NOT LEGALLY BUY A GUN FOR ANOTHER PERSON, HAVING IT TRANSFERED TO YOURSELF AND THEN SOMEONE ELSE.
you can buy a gun for someone else, NOT do a 4473 and have THE ACTUAL BUYER complete the 4473.
That is the definition of straw purchase.
Sorry you are unable to grasp the law. It is extremely clear. You can not buy a gun for someone else (money transaction take place).
You can buy a gun. And then decide to sell it in the future. This is not the same as “buying a gun for someone else”...
You are not understanding it. It does not say “buy for someone that cant pass the bgc”. The question is “are you the ACTUAL buyer of the firearm?
If you buy a gun for yourself and decide to sell it. No problem.
If you buy a gun with the intention to sell it you Need to be a dealer. If you...
Still a straw purchase.
And now that you talkked about it on the internet you have a “paper trail”.....
The key here is the question on the 4473 “....are you the purchaser? Basically are you buying it for you or for someone else? The answer is he is buying it for you = straw purchase. Even...
The uncle sent a check to the cop/nephew with the memo stating “for glock pistol” or something like that.
So a real deal straw purchase.... . And abuse of hlock blue line guns.
Glad he got caught.
I have one left. It is/was mine. Easiest if you pick it up. I can have an employee transfer it to you.
$119 plus tax.
Not ao easy to ship at this time.
If you need it shipped then you will need to wait till the new owner gets all his ducks in a row.
The new owner will be up and running...
Poorly.
I force smelly feet inside.
Forced marches. Forced water forgings.
Dirt and mud. Damp surroundings.
Cold, ice and snow. Forced marches in winter on frozen pavement, dirt, snow, and ice.
Even if the lease says no firearms, it still takes an eviction process that can take months.
All leases say if you dont pay you must go. Last tenanti evicted for not paying took over 3 months (talking ny state). It could have been longer. In ny the asshole judges side with the ahitbag non...
Not true if you have a lease. It could take months or longer.....even if you violate the lease. If you do not violate the lease then they may not be able to evict you at all.
Ha ha ha. Not really.
My (and “you) life is not centered around firearms. As mych as the gorum members would like to think they are, truth is 99% do this as a hobby, barely shoot, and are less than proficiant.
Now “you” can get all butt hurt about the above statement but i stand by it. Most...
Uuummm? I think it is to lighten the slide allowing you to use a lighter recoil spring in an effort to tame the movement of the gun. Less moving mass (in either direction) will keep the gun from moving around as much.
With light loads, a light slide, and the correct light recoil spring you...
Here is what happened.
He broke several basic firearms safety protocols:
1. Pointed gun at something he did not intend to shoot.
2. Finger on trigger.
3. PULLED THE FUCKING TRIGGER!
a perfect learning experience. Do not break the firearm’s rules.
I hope it hurts. I image he wont do it...
Just shoot what you want. No one will know. Just dont brag about it on the web!
Do not tell the king you killed one of “his” deer.
I do not know why i even buy hunting licenses anyway.
Not really true. I saw a film about dogs and intruders. It basically showed most dogs do not attack or bite. Then send a gun in a house and he roughed up the owner etc etc and most dogs did nothing.
Remember, most dogs are pets trained to be NICE.
Ha ha ha. Keep us posted.
We have steaks......and yes, we know the commands in German.....:banghead:
Ha ha ha
Keep working. Do you need a list on theguns we like? Ha ha ha.
