Likely to include FSBO, I'd imagine. Gotta make sure all those agents taxable commissions get paid. Plus, what really gets listed privately other than high end properties? The ultra wealthy don't want poors looking at their stuff.

@nyserda is the NY agency that courts foreign solar and wind developers, promising them deals and money if they build on our prime farmland.
That’s why NYSERDA has over $2 billion dollars in its coffers right now. They need a lot of money to make destroying our land enticing to these corporations.
And they get that money from us. From the delivery charge on our electric bills.
Here we have them appointing another globalist bureaucrat who will sell out our prime farmland, grassland habitat, and water to the highest solar panel and wind turbine bidder. This is business as usual with @KathyHochul as our governor.
Zibelman is being appointed to represent the interests of Canada, England, Spain, Denmark, and Australia, all of whom have their hands in our Upstate NY grid and renewable energy destruction.

She probably reports to Mossad too.

If you honestly look into it , it becomes undeniable that our political system has been co-opted. Its sad to see our fellow countrymen put a foreign government above our own people . Our politicians suck at the tit of AIPAC , which is given money by the US , which is used to aid Isreal first politicians .

You're so close.
You just can't let go of "dem jewz" long enough to see the Chinese hand in all of it.
The Chinese hand in it? Explain
When we are currently sitting at over 40 trillion in debt I guess the best thing to do is steal our money and give billions overseas. Makes sense. Maybe people will start to care when S.S gets axed or severly reduced as result of our 3rd world economic status.
It's a big club and we ain't in it!

It's the Chinese not Isreal that have infiltrated our government, media, and educational institutions at the highest levels.
Was Feng Feng Isreali ? How about Feinstein's driver ?
Certainly Mossad and Isreal have *some* influence that they probably shouldn't. All nations play dirty.
Do you think the DSA operatives that have taken control of the Democrats are pawns of Isreal, or China ?
Would Isreal put a Mamdani in NYC ? Or would that be more likely to be China ?
AIPAC owns everyone in .Gov. That's Israel. Bought and paid off. They also hold many cabinet postions. Media, and Finance also. Not to hard to trace it.

You left out Cuba. Although working as proxy to the main players, they’ve been infiltrating our government for quite some time and get little attention mainstream for it.

Cuba has always just been someone else's pawn.
To the extent they did that, it was at the direction of the Soviets, and later China.

Seriously ?
You think Feng Feng was honey potting Swalwell for *Isreal* ?
Mandani is an *Isreali* agent ?
I know you're a bit blind to a lot of reality, but that's on par with "gravity's not real" for pure delusion.
Oh, maybe you *are* that badly conned.
Lmao. You give 2 examples. Millions of AIPAC money has bribed 90 percent of congress! Foreign lobby! The 2 dirtbags you cited are chump change.

Millions is a drop in the bucket.
If Isreal is pulling all the strings, then why are all the Democrats rooting for Hamas ?
Democrats and Republicans all kiss the wall when called. Aka the big club. Hamas, ISIS, Alqeda, Antifa all CIA/Mossad created like Ron Paul stated. All used to push their agenda.
What’s going on in Upstate NY? What is GovKathyHochul and her socialistic board “ORES” doing to landowners?
