ATF inflating ‘ghost gun’ numbers hoping Congress inflates its budget

They've increased because what they used to call a filed off serial number they now call a ghost gun.
If I redefine a sports car as anything capable of 100 mph with 4 wheels you'll see accidents involving sports cars skyrocket too.
Doesn't mean any of it is real.
