SB 1160 requires all Voters in California to be registered annually. If you’re a Voter, this means you have register to Vote every year with the state.
The Fee to register to Vote is $1,500.00 per year. You will also have to pass a Mandatory Civic Class of 40 hours and show a 90% proficiency on
Correctly Voting. The Cost of the 40 hour Class will be up to the Licensed Civics Instructors.
Failing to Register will be a $5,000 fine and 10 years in prison.

2 tier hurdles to exercise a Right has been established as Unconstitutional by Bruen! Try as they may, this won't stand! Nor should those training requirements and other BS hurdles instituted that are no different than Proper Cause or Good Character requirements...

You don't need training to Vote, you cannot REQUIRE it in order to exercise your 2A Rights either...

If federal law prohibits this why is this law even allowed to be put forth and how come we have to list our pistols and AR’s out to the state? I’d like that to get challenged
