The question should not be CNN or FOX but why did my tax dollars get used to install TVs for government workers to watch? Were the TVs installed to promote propaganda?

Commercial cable TV is also very expensive compared to residential cable. My son works in the IT industry, his clients get charged by the TV for commercial cable. My tax dollars at work.
