This is pretty broad and open ended and I can’t imagine this will go very well I have no problem with people being treated fairly and equitable but the government thinking they can level the playing field is just ridiculous. This equity thing is a lie. My town is poor and every kid gets free lunch and it’s pretty damn Lilly white.

True equity would mean 13% black in each agency, with the balance going to whites.

But that doesn’t mean equity. That would be equality in that work place. It doesn’t mean they would be paid the same, get treated the same, have the same promotional opportunities. It also doesn’t mean that they would have the same home or all the other stuff as their workers around them. True equity and equality doesn’t exist in any form.
