What if the jury was picked because they would vote ppd .
Couldn't get a free decision.
I haven't followed this trial, so how the cops did their work. If they could get off their phones, do the due or did she admit it ?
Now a 75 yr old looking at his end has nothing to lose. Pulling a win out of this would be the cherry on his career. A loss, well old guy went out shooting and just as crazy as the murdering bitch.

If I were the prosecutor I would be asking for a change of venue as the trial cannot find an impartial jury. Evidence; forewoman who stated her mind was made up during opening statements before any evidence was presented and the statements her peers presented during interviews. Perhaps even punt it to a federal court outside the state. I mean this does meet the standards of a mass attack with indications of hate.
