I seriously can't take any of the concerns presented in that article seriously. Unless the Supreme Court bans the use of condoms and birth control (which they won't) I don't see how they will negatively effect adult entertainers. The only possible argument I could see is that they might limit the access to abortions, which if you're using birth control and/or condoms you won't have need to avail yourself of that service.

A Supreme Court Justice (ie: an originalist) does not MAKE law. Nothing will change re: the porn industry as it is arguably covered by free speech protections. Now if ACB was the mirror image of rbg (an activist judge leaning to the right) than people might be justified in their fear of her legislating from the bench.
