Israel said that even though they cannot stop a potential lone wolf killer, they do rely on the public to speak up. If they see someone acting strangely or posting threatening things on social media, they should contact ( NAG) law enforcement.(At least 40 times) He also said that he believes the Las Vegas massacre should prompt frank and honest discussions in Tallahassee and Washington

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel is so worried about two new gun bills, he took to writing an editorial for the Sun Sentinel. As you may have expected, some gun lovers didn't exactly enjoy the post — and they let the sheriff know about it yesterday on Facebook.

Israel is concerned that two new bills would put the pubic in harm's way and create what he terms "a Wild-Wild West"-like scenario.

I fully support legislation to reinstate the federal assault weapons ban. Enforcing a uniform national background check before the sale or transfer of firearms and prohibiting large capacity magazines and armor-piercing bullets are also essential steps in better protecting our communities. The passage of these reasonable restrictions also allows for the protection of our Second Amendment rights for all law-abiding gun owners.

Yeah, I thought this guy was fucked up in the head after watching the Town Hall in Fl. w/ NRA spokes person Dana Loesch and him talking about take guns from 18 yr old's.

And CNN giving specific and approved questions/statements for the survivng students to talk about in the town hall forum and some interesting pieces are adding up.



All this non stop gun grabbing rhetoric is quite unnerving. I fear there is more going on than it appears. I hope I'm wrong.

No matter how many times the sheriff sucked Hillary’s dick, I’m not sure he’s getting out of this one clean. He’s going down for his dept’s handling of this entire thing. And if you think the dems will protect him don’t forget how quickly they will turn and eat their own. When the pressure on the sheriff gets to be too much the dems will turn on him and distance themselves.
