New posts button?

How come our own posts don't show up when you click the new posts button? Inquiring narcissistic minds wanna know..

I have the same problem as 4excal. Things 'get lost' until i get an alert about something i posted.

I don't know if theme matters, but I always use Dark/blue usually or Dark anything..but usually blue because the notification icon is red..and that's nice and noticeable
