I would say human life is a requirement to have them. The argument really is in when life begins and I’m sure it will always be an argument.

Is the argument when life begins, or when personhood does?

Personhood.

Nobody is crazy enough to say a fetus isn't living tissue (I hope).

The question is when it's part of the mother, like an unwanted mole, and when it becomes a separate human being with it's own rights.

That is the only thing that matters in the entire debate, everything else is a distraction.

There’s a difference though since the fetus has different DNA than the mother. It’s a touchy subject and a mile also doesn’t become a completely separate person either.

Sen. Schumer Battle Cry: Democrats May Pack Supreme Court If Majority Is Kept

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., tells reporters he is furious that the Supreme Court could overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade case, at the Capitol in Washington, Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Schumer called the news “a dark and disturbing day for America.” (AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite)
“The Republican appointed justice reported votes to overturn Roe v. Wade will go down as an abomination,” Schumer stated. “One of the worst, most damning decisions in modern history.”

He then suggested Democrats could try and pack the Supreme Court if they keep control of the upper chamber after the November midterms. Schumer warned expanding the court and appointing more liberal justices is a possibility.

“The elections this November will have consequences because the rights of 100 million women are now on the ballot,” Schumer stated.

It is absolutely his right to base HIS opinions on his beliefs.
The problem is, it rarely stops there. The intent is to force the rest of the United States to bow to one specific religion.

The conservatives had a great opportunity to reduce the influence of "the left", and instead has decided to go full religious reich.
Kind of hard to trust them with any of the Rights in the Constitution when they can't even get past the first one.

If they want to convince people, they should try using science and reasonable discussion.
If they want to force people, at swordpoint, they should realize that "the right" aren't the only ones who know how to use weapons.

This is why I hate both the democrats and the republicans. Neither side wants to sit down and discuss how to have an actual free society. Both want to be absolute power and dictate how people are supposed to live their lives.

Fuck 'em all.

Youse DO know it is the 5th day of the 5th Month of the 2022 year of The Year Of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Try telling today's date with out religion.

That's the best you got? That, because we use a date system based on one religion that was forced on the world, we must all bow to that religion in all aspects of our lives?

So which version of that religion is the pinnacle? Which one must everyone follow, and which ones are fake?
And what proof do you have that it is the correct one?
