"Colin Schmitt voted to Kick our Kids out of School.
Now he wants us to send him to Congress.
Tell him "NO" at three rallies on Saturday, 11/5
Colin Schmitt is one of only 5 NY Republicans who voted in 2019 to repeal the religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school and deny the right to an education to 27,000 students. Now he is running for Congress. Many people have tried to meet with him since, and he always refuses. Your right to make your own medical decisions, your children's health, your children's right to an education, your right to make a living are all in danger from Colin Schmitt. He is the last person we need in Washington.

Show up with signs and the kids he kicked out school. The Dems will lose big next Tuesday so if he doesn't get elected it won't matter in the big picture.

I haven't heard Zeldin say anything about this so I'll ask here in case someone heard something. Has he addressed the issue of the application fee for concealed carry which is over $300.00 per year with a renewal fee of the same every year? And the $140 fee to have a rifle in your own home? This applies to NYC residents but I don't know if it also applies to Long Island and other counties of NY. I would think this would be an issue seeing that it's obstruction of the 2nd amendment as well.

He can do nothing about that in practical matter. That is a county or city fee. It cost me $20 to apply and $0.00 to renew/recertify.
A governor on their own can not change laws and likely the assembly and state senate will still be held by democrats so you should know what that means. With that being said he has voiced his support for us as gun owners and the 2a. How much of that is BS to win the election is to be seen if he wins.

I was in Queens last night and saw a ton of Zeldin signs all around. unusual for NYC. Also on the Clearview Expressway, I saw "IMPEACH BIDEN" spray painted on a wall. The tide may indeed be turning.

I will vote 11/8 as intended and I will vote straight Republican.
Fuck him and that worthless city!More potential good news. Despite Eric Adams publicly campaigning for Hochul per party dictates, he does have a good working relationship with Zeldin.
If NYC wants even a chance at cleaning up their city, they need to vote for the guy that will empower their mayor to do so. May be worth noting that Adams used to be a Republican, they can find common ground in dealing with crime.
Not holding my breath that NYC will make the best choice, but this is the best chance I've seen in a very long time.

All I can say is I see very little hochul signs anywhere even on peoples lawns that have Brian Higgins or other democrats signs and they are lacking a hochul sign. I still don’t think Zeldin will pull it off but I’m hopeful. I’ve been telling everyone to vote and for him most said yeah, yaleah, yeah, but I’ve swayed a few votes his way. The democrats enthusiasm is low and Republican enthusiasm is the highest it’s ever been. If we don’t make some progress this round nys is a lost cause for sure.

I will be doing basically the same. There is a guy running against Higgins in the 26th district. I will not be voting for him. I know him and he is a complete douche bag. That line will be left blank on my ballot. I would rather have Higgins over this Sams asshole.

Constitutional carry will never happen. Just won't, we can hope, but they do not have the balls to do it.
As for Lee, this is a very weird race indeed. He should be doing as well as he is. I am hearing more and more in the city voting for Zeldin. People and groups that have never voted the Right.
I wish I could honestly predict this one, so very difficult. I think each and every poll is incorrect. I do not know who they are polling, but I do not believe any of them at this point.
I cannot wait for the results. If the nasty Kathy wins, I hope NYer's pay a price that they cannot afford. It will make my leaving that much easier.
