Liberty Trading Post (Ace Hardware) and Tractor Supply in Liberty, NY (both Sullivan County) have lawful concealed carry permit signs on their doors. Not sure it's all Ace hardwares and Tractor Supply stores or just those two.

Thanks for the info for Sullivan CTY. When I spoke to Tractor Supply in Onedia I asked them if corporate knew about Hochuls law. The manager told me she wasn't sure. I asked her if she would put up a sign. She told me she was going to ask corporate. I asked her how the other Tractor Supply stores in the area felt about Hochuls Law. She told me she didn't think they were happy about it. I then asked her if it was okay to drop her name as a reference for allowing carrying in her store when I talked to the other Tractor Supply stores. She said, "please do."

Harbor Freight reacted the same way when I questioned that manager about how the other stores in the area would feel about allowing us to carry. I am using her name also when I approach the other 3 Harbor Freights in the area. So in a nutshell, when getting a "yes" from that first store, if there are more of them in your area, it's best to ask about those stores and their likely hood of agreeing as well.

In Dutchess County, Graceland Tattoo in Wappingers Falls had a CC welcome sign on their electric panel by the back parking lot. Also, my business Eric Kennett Photograpghy, despite not having a physical office is of course CC friendly.

Here are a few businesses by county, that allow carrying in their buildings. I have pulled some of the businesses from the threads and talked to others.

wife saw sign at Geneseo Tractor supply with the signage allow CC. This would make me assume that may be the case with all TSC's? I will have to check North greece and Bloomfield as NG by work and Bloomfeild closest to home.

Good to see some are congnisant of the new laws ad make a concerted effort........

So I messed up today and forgot to restock my car with food so I had to grab lunch out again. I wasn’t happy so I went to the Chap’s Elba Diner and they had a sign up. The waitress came to grab my money and I thanked her for the new sign hanging on the door. She said what sign? So I replied the one that you’re supporting our second amendment rights. She said isn’t that something so I have her an extra dollar tip.
Even has the flag on the sign. Good food for a reasonable price too

Here's a few more for the Oneida County list: Runnings in Rome, Tractor Supply in Rome, and today I went to Nora's Candy Shop in Rome and she has several signs: front door, in the entryway, on the wall next to the counter, behind the counter, maybe even more that I missed. She also has a Sig decal on a window in the entryway. Update: Add Stan's Seafood in Rome to the Oneida County list.

Erie county, town of Kenmore : Joe's Panini Grill on Delaware Ave. In addition to being gun friendly, he makes a good sandwich at reasonable prices. He is also an FFL and does private transfers.

In a different thread, I posted this:
Erie county, town of Tonawanda ; Rear End Specialists is a ( mostly ) heavy duty mechanic shop that also works on light trucks and occasionally a passenger car. I've known Bill for almost 20 years and he is the only honest mechanic I know. He has worked on various vehicles for me as well as doing custom welding jobs for me.

When I spoke to Tractor Supply in Onedia I asked them if corporate knew about Hochuls law. The manager told me she wasn't sure.

Looking over this thread it would appear that a number of Tractor Supply stores are posting a sign. This might hint that "corporate" is knowledgeable of heil hochul's infringement and are doing their part to mitigate the effects.

But, just for clarity, Tractor Supply in Brockport also has the sign outside their door.

There's a tractor supply in Hamburg that I'm sure I will be at sooner or later as spring approaches I will post my finding.

Adoring veterinarian pet clinic in Hamburg has a sign posted on the door they support 2a and right to carry if anyone is looking for a good and fair vet office for their floofers. They are 2a friendly and I've had very good experiences with their care. I think my pets get better care than I do at the Dr. office.

Niagara County: Lockport Outdoor Store has a ( small) sign on one door stating concealed carry welcome. They sell boots and shoes geared towards work and hiking, Carhartt clothing, Wigwam socks( best socks on earth ) as well as jackets, hats, gloves and hi-viz clothing.

Sorry for the derailment.

I've got about 15-20 pairs of Wigwam. I used to think they were the best also. That changed when I bought SmartWool socks, and also Darn Tough Vermont socks. Both are better than all my Wigwam's.

They are expensive, but worth it. The Darn Tough are actually guaranteed for LIFE. I've already used the guaranty for a pair that are over the calf (when I wear boots I need otc). After a few wears they didn't stay up otc. I exchanged them for a different style. No return shipping charge. No additional charge for the more expensive new pair. No shipping for the new pair.

The ONE PROBLEM with Darn Tough, they are definitely a liberal company. But so are so many others that we all deal with. At least they truly stand behind their claim of 'these are lifetime socks'. Check them out:

I have three pairs of Smartwool socks. I HATE them. I never wear them because I don't like them. Never tried the DarnTuff. Are they merino wool ? I can't wear cotton or nylon/ rayon.
