However, in this case, Hamas brought this on their people, and as ugly as it is to see civilians killed it was a predicable response that they must have anticipated. Maybe global condemnation of Israel was the goal at the expense of their own people. In any case its hard not to turn a blind eye When Israel gets its payback 7 fold.
Or plot twist, Hamas wants their civilians to die and suffer and have it broadcast all over the interwebs.
They want to create a new generation of recruits and martyrs to their cause. They want to galvanize the Muslim world against Israel.
Hamas is totally willing and content to let their people get killed off because to them life is cheap and it's a means to an end.
They strategically want this to happen. They want Israel to go full try hard mode on them. They want Israels reaction and violence to be broadcast worldwide. Hamas is strategically trying to twist this to where they will be perceived as the victims and everyone will forget about what provoked this whole debacle in the first place a month ago.
IMO I can easily see a scenario where a few months from now Israel is at open war with Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and multiple other Muslim countries. Israel very well may end up needing their Samson plan before this is all said and done. Who knows. But it's far from over and as subhuman as I think Hamas is i think they are outmaneuvering Israel badly in this conflict.
Case in point, why are we not talking about the dead Americans and the Americans taken hostage? Where's the outcry and anger for that?

How do you win a war against a people who want you wiped from the face of the earth?
The goat fornicators world wide are calling for the elimination of the jews. They're calling for the rape of jewish women. They're calling for the murder and disfigurement of jews. They say they won't stop until there are no more jews, and they don't care how many gentile infidels are killed in the process. I take them at their word.
The UN isn't going to stop this mindset. Sanctions aren't going to stop this. A two state solution won't stop it. Joe Biden sure as hell isn't going to stop it - he's encouraging and enabling it.
The way to stop these radical terrorist scumbags is to eliminate them, their weapons and the places they hide. If that means blowing up a hospital that shoots rockets from its roof and has tunnels filled with rockets underneath it, so be it. If it means blowing up a refugee camp filled with women and children that is being used to shield terrorists and weapon stockpiles, OK then.
Winning against these animals is going to be ugly. Loosing will be uglier.

The Isrealis would be justified in doing *that* at this point. Hamas has been shelling them continuously for decades out of Gaza, and essentially the whole place is one giant military encampment.
The fact that there are civilians mixed in with all the legitimate targets there doesn't make them off limits.

The Israelis are not the Syrians taking on The Muslim Brotherhood in Hama in 1982 (where the Assad regime destroyed the city and killed 10,000 to 40,000 people). So, that won't happen here.
Historically, it appears that the Jews in Israel are a bit more discriminating when killing Muslim terrorists than Muslims are.
