I think the only way anyone can get the combination to the safe (without cracking it) is if someone gives it to them. And the key to the secondary lock on top of that. In the Lanza case it is unclear if the weapons were secured in any way on that day he acquired them.

Many people are not security conscious enough when it comes to using a safe and properly securing the codes or access keys. For starters, I would venture that most kids could obtain the code by surreptitiously filming a parent opening it.

Then these people have failed to secure their firearms. The safe will do its job. The owner won’t. This defeats the purpose of having a safe. I agree with you that most people aren’t
Security conscious enough. They need to find a new hobby. They ruin it for everyone who is 100% security conscious. The location and mounting of the safe is just as important as the safe itself. This would prevent any camera angle opportunities, prying etc. For those who would not (at the minimum) smother the combination dial while opening it, (kind of like what you did when you opened your locker in school, there are other options like finger print or other types of electronic recognition.

Known Wolf - FBI States They Were Aware of Threats from 14-Year-Old Georgia School Shooter, Colt Gray - The Last Refuge

Schools are closed for the rest of the week in Barrow County, Georgia as the community deals with a major tragedy. Four people including two students, and two teachers are dead; nine others are injured after 14-year-old gunman Colt Gray opened fire at Apalachee High School in northern Georgia...

Once again the shooter was known to the FBI but they don't care about crimes that affect people outside DC.

19 days for the FBI to arrive in Benghazi, Libya. This explains why…
Operation Crossfire Hurricane. This explains why…
40 FBI agents with Robert Mueller investigating a ridiculous Trump-Russia conspiracy for 2 years…
Missing Huma Abedin laptop, this explains why…
FBI targeting Sharyl Attkisson, planting classified documents on her computer….
Hillary Clinton emails, this explains why…
Missed Parkland shooter warnings, this explains why…
Missed Boston Bombers, despite warning from Russia, this explains why…
Missed 911 threat, missed San Bernardino, missed Pulse nightclub, this explains why….
Targeting James O’keefe over Ashley Biden diary,… this explains why…
TWA800, this explains why…
Targeting True the Vote after they reported PA voter rolls sent to China, this explains why…
J6 pipe bombing buried, this explains why…

I could go on all day. However, once you understand what the true mission priority of the FBI is, then everything makes sense.

Everything makes sense.

I can think of no quicker way to start the so called "genocide against trans people" than for them to be identified as likely to become school shooters. Keep it up boys/girls/whatever the hell you claim to be today. Just watch what happens.

All we have do is get rid of all the guns !!

That’s what I’m tired of , until we address the real issues it will never change.
You’re right our society needs a harsh 180 and that’s a tough sell . It’s far too easy to blame the tool and people will buy it !

With all the evil around us , I think I’ll keep my guns .

BREAKING: Father of Apalachee High School Mass Shooter Arrested on MULTIPLE CHARGES, Including Second-Degree Murder

According to investigators, a search of Gray’s home uncovered disturbing evidence linking the young boy to the 2018 Parkland shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where 17 people were killed.
Following the investigation, the Jackson County officer urged Colt’s father to secure his firearms and keep them locked away. Additionally, authorities recommended that the teen be kept out of school until the matter could be fully resolved, as a precautionary measure.
His aunt, Annie Brown, told the Washington Post on Thursday that the boy had been “begging for help from everybody around him.” She revealed that he had been struggling with mental health issues.
The charges against the father, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), include four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder, and eight counts of cruelty to children.

Wow. Read this article to see just how bad his fucked up white trash parents are, and the insane environment he was living in. His mom is a complete drug addict and lowlife. And his dad bought him an AR shortly after the cops met with them about threats to shoot up a school???

Some people just shouldn’t ever have or even be around children.

So was that kids social media page legit or was it fake?

It almost seems "too perfect" for a narrative so I'm suspicious it's not genuine.

This is all great and stuff but, why did this not happen (shootings) back when we had almost zero gun laws?
I grew up with guns set on gun racks with the ammo in ammo cans under the gun racks.
Wait I know, my parents. One, mom was a stay home mother and mom or dad would have whipped my ass with a belt.
Plus, we used to fight in, around, school; helI I used to get on your bus so I could beat you in your front yard.

Now, we play the mental health game, drugs, time out, cuddles, affirm stupid.
The schools and government are responsible as they took control of our children from us.
There is a big difference between abuse and a good spanking.

Same here. I knew if I did something slightly out of line or talked out of line, that belt would come off and I'd be whipped from one end of the house to the other. Heck, I remember I lied about a grade, and my dad whipped me across the face with the belt. I had a black and blue gash across my face for like two weeks. Served me well. Never lied about my grades again.

Now that would be considered child abuse.

This is why I don't want to have kids, because they would grow up under the same rules as how my parents grew me up. Corporal punishment to the max.

But everyone now considers me a highly regarded person, smart, educated, reliable, etc. All because my parents molded me into a good moral person.
