And unless I missed it, I cannot find anything about ML's in the bill as written.
Then we have this (which I think was around for a while before the CCIA):
	
The way the above reads, you don't need a BG check for a ML unless the gun is like the TC models, where you can easily swap parts to make a single shot rifle or shotgun that loads from the breech.
