Do CDL holders have to have "Enhanced" NY driver's licenses?
This could go further than just arresting the illegals.

Maybe it's time for red-State governors to start declaring that politicians who aid and abet illegal activity face arrest if they stray from their own little fiefdoms.
I know I would, were I ever elected as a governor, mayor, sheriff, etc.

The example given is a "real id" How does that work if you dont have a name?

I know of a few stories first hand where NYS will provide DL without all the proper information. My brother is a cop and he pulled over a car with 4 males in it, asked for all DL, all were provided. He went back to the police car for a warrant check and noticed a birthday of 01/01…, the next DL birth day was 01/01… and he thought oh that’s cool. The next DL birthday was 01/01…, and the last was 01/01…. He went back and said what the heck is this are these fake? They all said we’re born in xyz and so t know our birthdate like Americans do so that’s what they do. He confirmed that was the case.
Now I know another guy, a USA citizen who needs a drivers license or ID to try to get his life back on track. He’s a reformed drug addict and doesn’t have his paperwork in order so NYS won’t give him a drivers license. We’ve all had to go through it so why the double standard?

I would say the answer to that is no unless you’re traveling to Mexico or Canada and want to return to the USA. I would say the other situation for this would be some hazmat and other sensitive cargo, but that’s just a guess. Maybe @Podmonkey can confirm what background checks there are for a CDL. I personally think there should be background checks because think of the issues or risks this could pose. Not only immediately on the road but what about food contamination or deliberate acts of terrorism?

NYS, is in a long term committment, to destroy the country, with illegals voting, and getting tax dollars to be here illegally.

CCP own Albany.

Once Sanctuary States are outlawed, the outlaws can be arrested.

And what happens when these kock suggers run out of the other peoples money? What if there are no more people to collect taxes from, and we`re ALL on welfare? Who pays for it, then?

There are no additional security measures for a CDL EXCEPT for HAZMAT endorsements which require background checks and fingerprinting every 5 years.

To be issued a CDL in NY you are supposed to have lawful presence. “Supposed to”

NYS DMV has to issue regular drivers licenses to illegals, per state law.

Traversing the NYS Thruway from one end to the other twice weekly, I fully concur and it’s getting fucking ridiculous, I mean really fucking ridiculous in a dangerous way.

Yesterday , I was behind not 1, not 2 but 3 semi’s that passed the “All Commercial Vehicles Must Exit “ inspection station somewhere between Amsterdam and Utica. All 3 blew right by the inspection station which in turn resulted in a small platoon of NYS Troopers chase follow them for 3 miles before they even knew what the fuck they did. They did not look like “patriots”. Being able to read English is important when driving a 50,000 pound chunk of steel down the interstate.

80,000lb. Unladen weight alone is something around 28,000lb. Depending on fuel level and the exact type of trailer.

It was quite some time ago but I pretty sure I got fingerprinted for my CDL w/o HAZ. I guess it could have been for some other NY pay to play license scheme though?

80k.......

Routinely 98k or better when loaded.
We pull 8k gallon tandem axle tanks
9200 quad axle tanks
Tri-axle 53 ft reefers.

Some loads end up closer to 115k

And people drive like buttheads around us

I'm talking about max weight for non-permit loads.
