Anyone use a Rollsizer?

I've been considering one to run a large amount of pistol brass (9mm and 45 ACP) through before sizing. They are pricey however, so I was wondering if someone here used one what they thought of it.
I've used the Lee Bulge buster on my APP press but that's tedious, but it does work.

I've looked at Roll Sizers a few times, and for volume they're hard to beat but unless I'm missing something, they still have to be neck sized and the shoulder bumped back as all you're doing is resizing the base. The first ones I saw were out of Australia , but a search will find companies in America.
5.56 Brass unless fired out of one gun tends to require more treatment, small Base Dies, trimming, etc. because there's so much of it and little variances in chamber dimensions causing some cases to be fatter/longer/wider mouths it's best to size them all back to minimal specs unless it's from and going back into the same rifle.
If you do go with one, motorized is the best bet, else eventually you'll start trying to figure out how to hook a motor to it.

BTW: I use a Lee bulge buster and Factory Crimp Die for 10mm (and .40) and have had zero problems with reloads ever since...last I knew they did not make one for 9mm (which I don't understand) but any cartridge fired from a partially unsupported chamber will bulge at least a little bit and you can't push it far enough into the resizing die to eliminate that bulge....might get away with it once, but eventually that case will fail to fully chamber.

Thanks FP! I was thinking more for straight walled pistol brass, but 5.56 is certainly a consideration too. I would use a small base die for that (or any semi auto brass) to bring it back to standard spec. While the Lee has changed its tune about 9mm I'm doing it the way they used to recommend, using the 9mm Markarov fcd and lubing them. Just have to follow that with a run through standard carbide sizing die. Like I said in the op it's tedious lol....unlimited funds and I'd be rollsizing that stuff wholesale. It does work though...I did 1000 that way in the spring and every one fit into an Armanov check gauge, which are tight. I have a 5 gallon pail of 9mm range brass that I'm looking to process this fall/winter and the thought of doing it all with the extra step is daunting, even with the incredible increase in speed using the APP, which is huge (I can race through decapping and then tumbling thanks to it). I've also considered using Blue Ridge Brass services, they clean, deprime, rollsize, resize, swage, and gauge check for $35/1000, but I hesitate paying someone for doing shit I can do, even if it is drudge work.

I have pin tumblers, vibratory tumblers, all sorts of presses and accoutrements, but I gotta tell ya, $35/K isn't bad to process Brass, especially when you factor in the Roll Sizing...now small batches, yea I'm going to do that on my own from start to finish...a very close friend that I try to keep supplied with Bullets.primers-powder (Coaches a High School Rifle Team) took all my 7.62x51 and 30-06 Brass and processed it for me over the Winter for "something to do" which I greatly appreciate, even gave him a RCBC Power Trimmer, sure is nice to run a batch and all you have to do is drop the powder and seat a bullet.
I wonder what they'd charge to do .50BMG? I probably spend a good five minutes on each case sizing, reaming, trimming, primer pockets, flash holes, and gauging each one...not very fast, but then again how many rounds of that stuff do you really think you're going to shoot in a session?

I'm lucky I have 3 friends that own them. Every once in a while I'll drop a 5 gallon bucket of brass at their house and they run them for me. Do you really need it? Probably not but there is a noticeable difference reloading roll sized brass vs. Not. There is almost a zero rejection rate when checking my reloads in a hundo gauge. I should also mention I primarily reload 9mm for competition.

Yeah, that's the one I was thinking about. I'm jealous of togmaster having not one but 3 friends with them...that would be ideal! I did look at the website for Blue Ridge and unfortunately they don't do 50 BMG.

Surplus .50 is usually stretched in length more so than swollen at the base, which I suspect is from excessive headspace (see Headspace and Timing) something the newest iteration of M2's won't suffer. Now cases fired from M107A1's resize as easily as any other cartridge, but that Brass in Surplus isn't exactly common, either way there's enough 'Civilian' Brass floating around that suffering with surplus is a moot point.
Fella I worked with has a Barrett autoloader and was commissioned to take down a concrete Grain Silo: think he said it took around 127 rounds before it fell...a good chunk of those Rounds I made using 647gr API's...All in a Day's work!
