From last weeks gunshow at the fairgrounds. You know, the one with all the buyer loopholes.
I found this one early Saturday morning at the second row of tables and didn't hesitate for a second. I see the prices are all over on these, but I think I did well on it. It was marked @ $430 and that ended up being the out the door cash price with tax and background check. My grandfather had two of these and he let me carry one hunting the ADK'S so I'm thrilled to have this one.
I've been running the serial numbers and googling the codes. Having a hard time with a 2 strange looking "C" Stamps that have a strange tail on them. But if I'm correct this is a very early model 141 with a mix of leftover model 14 parts. Circa 1930.
Oh, it shoots too. I can't see shit with these open sights but it goes bang .

Olight Mini 2 Valkyrie. I needed another WML for another room in the house, decided to switch it up from the TLR1 HL. I like a lot of the features of Olight flashlights and this is no exception. 600 lumens, magnetic charging, quick release, adjustable positioning on the rail. I'm really liking it so far.
That’s in great shape , nice score ! And the price wasn’t too bad either .
I ordered one of those the other day. It should be here any day now.

Got plenty aggravated at the post office. Ordered some spare shear pins for the snow blower and then filled with only option for shipping was USPS. How the hell is Oregon on the way from Kentucky to nys. Maybe more people would willingly use USPS if stupid shit like this didn’t happen all the time.

Picked up a .30-06 with a scope from a gun raffle the other day. That's three guns from two raffles in the past year, all large caliber rifles, which is something I was lacking.
I hacked this raffle. 10 guns, only 500 tickets. I bought 10 tickets, which gave me an 18.26% chance of winning at least one gun.

My only complaint thus far is...why in the world is the magnetic charger not the same as the one for all their other lights?
I went out shooting with it today and I even like the looks of this thing, plus it stayed solid.

I've been working on my 10/22.
Last year, Green Mountain had a 50% off sale so I picked up an 18" .920 fluted barrel.
Bought a used BX trigger and a "used" Athlon Midas Tac HD 6-24.

Mrs is a bit recoil sensitive. She will shoot her 365 I got for her but she doesn't really like it.
She really likes shooting my Ruger MkII. But it's not really a carry type gun.
So today, I picked up a Taurus TX22c. Optic ready, threaded adapter, 5 mags.
$250. Tax, shipping and transfer fee added another $54. All in at $304.
Hopefully, we'll get a chance to run a few hundred rounds through it tomorrow.

Just saying it’s an option if she likes the 365. Sometimes it’s cheaper than buying a new gun, holster, mags, and training.
Let me know what you / your wife thinks about it . Likes & dislikes. I’ve got my wife an old school S&W model 3913 but it’s an all metal gun and she finds it a bit on the heavy side for carry.

Didn't get a chance to get out this weekend so maybe next.
It's light, 16 oz empty. This particular one came with 5x10 round mags. I believe larger capacity ones are available.
It's cut for an RMSc footprint optic.
Rear sight is a black U. White dot front sight. Slide has cuts in it. Presumably to lighten it.
Barrel is threaded and has a little adapter for 1/2-28 threads. When we do get it out, I'll try it with the suppressor. Drop in FRTs are available for these but I'll likely not do that.
Trigger has a long take up with a short reset. I don't have a trigger pull gauge but it's not horrible.

Not for nothing but I happen to really like Aguila 22LR. Less expensive than CCI but seems to work just as well thru my semi auto, bolt action and lever action 22’s. Accuracy has been decent as well.

The new fuddcannon I ordered came in today so I went on lunch and picked it up.
The QPQ tennifer finish is gorgeous and I absolutely love the brass bead front sight. Also pleasantly surprised to see they are doing a completely polished disconnector now.

I got a voicemail yesterday telling me that I won a raffle that I didn't even remember buying a ticket for.
I called the guy back and he told me that I won a crossbow. I met him today & picked it up.
I’m still not decided what I’m going to do with it, but now I own a crossbow.
