Ice agents shoot a women trying to run them over in Minneapolis

[MothMan]

• Graham v. Connor (1989): This decision established the "objectively reasonable" standard, requiring that an officer's use of force be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, acknowledging they make "split-second judgments in circumstances that are tense, uncertain, and rapidly evolving". This case also clarified that the officer's intent (malice or good faith) is not a factor; only the objective reasonableness of their actions matters.

The “Elected” are responsible for people acting out. They have glorified direct violation of HOW and WHAT is acceptable. THEY have caused this loss of life and endangerment to folks doing their job. Words matter. Rhetoric matters.

At the end of the day, it comes down to a simple truth. Inserting yourself into a law enforcement operation is always a bad idea, and always has the potential to end badly.

Post of the day!

did not look good to me didn't look like they were in any danger looks like a bad shoot to me

I just saw a video which clearly shows the bumper of the vehicle striking the officer in the lower legs. Still photos show the round was fired through the front windshield.

[Glock_USA]

She swerves and attempts to evade, but intent to injure or kill the officer? Doubtful.

Her intent isn't what matters. What matters is if the officer perceived it to be a deadly threat in the moment.

Not even necessarily deadly, just a threat of serious injury.

I'm seeing reports that she broke his ankle and he was taken to the hospital.

Side of the windshield. It was reckless driving and I won’t argue that but do you seriously believe that officer felt his life was in danger? I don’t.

The car was moving so slowly, even in the full speed videos, that he could have easily stepped aside. This is poor training. If you watch the whole video, not only does he put himself in front of the moving vehicle unnecessarily, he shoots three times. Two of which are shown very clearly after he is clear of the car. Why the overkill? If she had a weapon, you had better believe that would be the top headline right now.

The drivers side of the windshield. Where the person operating the vehicle was seated. Wouldn't make sense to fire in the center of the window and hit nothing.

The car literally hit him in the legs. No time to get out of the path or he would have.

AND……

True, but a vehicle lunging towards you could definitely be deadly. Could have drove right over him.

I wonder if Minnesota will charge the agent with something and work toward getting a conviction. Like what happened to former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin.

A state cannot charge a federal officer if his actions were within the scope of his official duties. See the Supremacy Clause.

[holdover]

Im not liking it , but it was a good shoot, barely. Legally the officer was justified, Morally, I dont know, I wouldnt have shot her myself, But he was with in the legal limits of the law to do so.

Its a split second call the officer falls back on his training he has done thousands of time . the agency has to back him up or cause hesitancy in agents in the field on thier own training

As far as misses Einstein is concerned, there is a difference between a protest and active interference in a government operation , she put herself there, refused to comply Made several mistakes which cost her her life

That same officer was dragged almost 300’ six months ago. Ended up in hospital getting 30 stitches. Did he fear for his life? You betcha
Fuck that bitch. Someone said the license plate showed Missouri? Legal address of Colorado? In Minneapolis with another carpet muncher chaising from one ‘protest’ to another. Paid antagonist.

This angle looks more damning against him. She is focused on the officer to the left, attempting to turn, and rather than move to the side the officer quickly unholsters and shoots, three times! The second and third time he leans into her window from side. Where is the credible threat?

Acceleration seems to happen once is deceased, likely slumped on the gas pedal. If anything, he increased the chances of her swerving and connecting with another officer.
A trigger happy, inexperienced reaction to a situation that most trained police officers would never find themselves in.

I don’t believe citizen should interfere in ICE operations - let me be clear - but that does not justify this. It will be very interesting to learn more about his prior work experience.

The shots come from the agent in FRONT of the car. The one she was accelerating towards. Theres no sitting at home on your couch analyzing things frame by frame in slow mo at that point. No pondering "I wonder if she intends to run me over".

She was there for one reason, and that was to interfere with ICE agents doing their jobs. The job that We the People hired Donald Trump to get done. She had her car parked in their way, she was told to get out of the car, and instead she sped off. Sometimes you get the bull by the horns, sometimes you get gored. Theres only one person in the world to blame for her death, and that person is dead. She can be the poster child for FAFO 2026.

The St. George Floyd riots.
Tampons in boys' bathrooms.
The Catholic School mass shooting.
The assassination of Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband.
Somali fraud involving billions of dollars.
Sacrificing one's life for illegal criminal aliens.
Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison.

WTF is going on in Minnesota?

The Land of 10,000 Lakes must have a lot of lead in that water.

Interference is unlawful and unconstitutional.
An arrest would have been justified.

Thats exactly what they were trying to do when she was told to get out of the car.. She made the decision to escalate the situation. Sorry about her luck.

Well said Sheriff Judd.
Now how about sending some deputies in to assist in keeping the peace while ICE does it's job?
Maybe ICE needs to work closer with the county Sheriffs and inform of upcoming deportation arrests? Doubtful....the protestors knew, and were on site. Maybe Sheriff Judd should swear in more deputies of Polk county.

I absolutely agree and recognized this.

Do we all remember when, FAFO was wishful thinking. We all sat around here complaining how much crap people got away with. Nothing ever done about it.

My how have the tables turned. So wonderful.
I'm glad FAFO is a real thing now. Thankful the left has made this go national.
The message, although unintentional, is clear.

FAFO

A Homeland Security official mentioned a general increase in such attacks, stating on January 7, 2026, that "today alone in this country, there have been four different domestic terrorist attacks on federal officers by the ramming of vehicles, three of them happened here in Minneapolis". This would suggest more incidents occurred, but specific details beyond the fatal shooting are not clearly outlined in the search results.
Overall, federal agencies have noted an unprecedented surge in vehicle assaults against their officers in recent months across the US, with some officials claiming a 1,300% increase in assaults against ICE specifically.

Watching the live protests right now. Not a single local LEO in sight. Fuck the local LEO's that wont back up the feds. I saw them lock up one of the shitweasels, I hope they him or her in the pen with the illegals, see how they feel about deportations after they are raped by them

No surprise. Walz and the mayor are enflaming the situation and showing only angles that fit their narrative as expected.
Trump should say fine you want to be lawless then you get nothing from the Feds and we will handle it all. Have a huge snowstorm and want fema $$ go pound sand. FBI pull em out, federal dollars all gone. Not a red cent to them.

There's one thing these politicians tend to overlook: Invariably when a civil insurrection or war breaks out in a country, those in Office ARE the first and main targets of the dissatisfied populace...all of them aren't going to make the private jet to a country without extradition.

That's fine on it's face, but the State will sue using a democrat appointed Judge who'll rule against Trump before the documents are even submitted...tell me it ain't so?

I watched to video, Cop was within his rights but He would never get a fair hearing in that city.
In the mean time, one of the biggest political Buffoons' of all time threatened to call out the national guard! I think, how the fuck do the people elect someone the duplicitous, and that stupid to boot?!?!?!?! Then I remind myself, yer in New York hammerhead! I bet they have Dominion voting there too.

Why would he need a fair hearing in that city? They have no jurisdiction over a federal officer. This is why the latest headline that the feds aren't letting them in on the investigation is so funny. It's not a states matter. I do like how when Trump used the national guard he was literally Hitler and a danger to democracy, but it's perfectly acceptable for a democratic governor to use them. The hypocrisy never ends with these people.

I forget which comedian said it, it was one of the black comedians after a shooting of a black guy in a car. "Heres how not to get shot by the cops, when they pull you over, shut the fuck up and do what you are told"
