Pretty sure, even in Minneapolis, that resisting arrest is a crime. Seems clear in the video that crime was committed.

Seriously? There were 5 or 6 of these guys beating the hell out of him. I think it would be natural to at least somewhat defend yourself. They just shoved a woman to the ground and he was trying to help her up when the jumped on him.
Nope..... Better videos out there showing the officers, as usual, will be good to go on this one.

If true, I will gladly retract my statement. But so far all I can see is the phone that was previously pictured in his hand. Here he is pictured with the phone before it all went down
On the ground after he attacked the woman.
At this moment in the video, it seems like one of the agents disarms the guy and sets the gun down by his knee. It slid away a little but still not in the suspects hand, then is when another agent stepped back and opened fire. I could be wrong of course. Also, the feds are the ones who pushed the woman down. Looked like the nurse was trying to help her up before being knocked down by the agents
I guess the greater question could be why did the cops attack him if he did nothing wrong.
He had done nothing wrong until he interfered with the ICE agents attempting to do their job or so it appears to me.
And even so, especially since he seemed to already be disarmed, there was no reason to use lethal force.
