Not 5 territories into 5 states
Id take Alberta as a stand alone state. The other four territories as maybe two states. Each new state having one senator
for all of them initially they would initially be us territories with a possible pathway to statehood. Statehood would need voter approval as did Alaska and Hawaii
some restrictions on cash flow from us govt to territories. We don’t want to replace Alberta as cash cow

I wish to ammend my previous statement yet again. I'm still willing to accept 4 of the 5 provinces mentioned ( not BC ) on the condition that we deport everyone from those areas first. Actually, if we do that, I'm willing to accept BC as well.

The plains and mountain west of Canada (Alberta, Northwest territory, Saskatchewan) has far more in common with the Dakota's and Montana than they do Ontario or Quebec.

I've been to Canada three times, two times in Toronto to watch the Sabres play the Maple Leafs in their arena, and both of those times I also made the time to check out the Hockey Hall of Fame/Museum. Yeah, I'm a bigtime Sabres/NHL fan.
The 3rd time I went to Canada was when I went to Montreal's arena to watch the Sabres play the Canadiens in their territory. The people in the Montreal area talked like retards. I could hardly understand their bullshit.

Funny, I just met with some clients from Canada. 8 hour wait for non-emergency health care. Canada is now recruiting outside the country for medical and pilots FOR THEIR MILITARY. Sounds like the system is working flawlessly. If you are bored, search Mercy support for Canada. In one case the VETERAN was asking for a wheelchair ramp. She was given council that ending her life was an option to stop the pain and inconvenience; also much cheaper for the system. Teen agers with suicide thoughts are being offered the same.
