As you can see in the video the flag was lowered for the photo op as the photographers got into position. What really gets me is that bullets are flying yet everyone is just sitting there for the most part. I'm sorry but people would be screaming like crazy and high tailing it out of there or looking for cover yet they sit. Corny as all hell.
