I want to believe, but I also want to see a Sasquatch up close & personal...Ruling issues at 0623 EST...that's bullshit.
Considering the hodge-podge of gun-related legislation among the 50 States, I doubt any court decision can send all 50 into Panic. As we've seen in the past some of the most monumental "gun Rights" decision have had a handful of tyrannical states in panic, and the majority of America cheering.
To ask the question is to answer it.

The fact that this youtube channel even exists is absolutely bizarre.
It's AI. 100% AI. Not so easy to detect, but..wow. If you look at this video , the next one after the one posted, skip to about the 45 second mark and play it. It flips out and goes into what sounds to me like Chinese for a few seconds.
I think maybe this is intentional Chinese made misinformation , but it's so weird. The description of the channel says it's about weight lifting, and the channel graphic shows this same figure in front of weights, and yet it's all fake news stories about gun ownership. So strange.

I've noticed several of these AI channels lately. They look real enough, until you watch several of the series and notice the commentator is wearing the exact same clothes in every video, facial expressions just seem a little "off", etc. I really hate living in a world where we can no longer believe our own eyes and ears.....
And it's only going to get worse in the future.

Nobody in DC would ever do it, but if *I* was writing SCOTUS decisions that shit would be over immediately.
I'd just make any infringement or attempted infringement of the RKBA an immediate legal threat of death of serious injury that no government official can have immunity for.
Anyone trying to pass legislation, or participating in enforcement of existing legislation that infringes the RKBA would immediately be the legal equivalent of a serial killer breaking into your house at night.

Imagine the government trying to prosecute the assassin and he raises that defense, so the prosecution has to deal with defending the legislation.

I can spot an AI youtube channel from the thumbnail. I just block the channels without even clicking on them.
Unfortunately, there are a LOT of AI channels now.
You can create and upload a video in 2 minutes, with one sentence. Many of these channels are making thousands of dollars a month.
Which is very surprising to me since I pay zero attention to any ads and never buy anything, I can't be the only one?

You can spot bad AI in a minute, but just like criminals, you have no idea what the good ones even look like.
No, I can spot bad AI channels instantly. The channels which use AI video but real information may be ok. But its pretty easy to tell complete slop from the thumbnail and the name of the channel.
The information in them is questionable at best. They are made by scraping the internet for relevant information, which isnt accurate much of the time.
There are plenty of other videos which dont rely on information from CNN, Vice, and MSNBC.
Channels like "The Why Files" use s lot of AI imagery, but are very well researched and written by humans.
Channels like, "Tales of the Past", are 100% AI generated, and 90% either misinformation, or flat out lies.
The ones with an AI Tucker Carlson sitting at an anchor desk, and it says, "Aliens have conquered earth", are easy to spot, and easy to block.
I haven't seen an ad on youtube in 9 years. I use an app that blocks 100% of the ads.
We do not have cable, so I watch youtube a lot. It gets pretty easy to spot garbage AI videos.

I'm just saying, don't get too confident in your ability to spot bullshit. There's tons of low grade stuff out there to get your confidence up.
But that leaves you open to falling for the high grade bullshit more easily than you'd like.

I watch YouTube specifically for entertainment. No news, very little gun content except for stuff like Kentucky Ballistics and One Shot TV. Just guns, zero politics. Ill also watch The Four Boxes Diner and Anthony Miranda's channel....I forget what its called.

The videos which are made with 100% AI, with ZERO input from humans are easy to catch. Do I get it wrong occasionally? Probably, but I don't give a fuck. These are videos talking about Mr T being dead from covid. Or a horrible AI Jay Leno with the caption "broke and suffering dementia". Just absolute hogwash entertainment crap.
When the thumbnail is a horrible AI picture of Mr T, with a caption "I pity covid fool!" , and goes on to say he died in Borneo broke and alone from covid.
Surprise!! Mr T is alive and well. He had covid it 2020, but he didn't even go to the hospital.
And guess what? Jay Leno is very well, and very rich.
I just block all these videos without watching. They all have 1 million plus views, which means the creators are making at least $12,000 a month. They specifically hook people with blatant lies to get you to click.
I watched a gun videos a few months ago, ill go find it if I can.
It had all the leftist talking points from the last few years.
It covered that 93 MILLION people die every DAY from gun violence. It covered that an AR-15 will blow your lung out. It covers that AR-15s are MUCH more powerful than hunting rifles....
Last I saw, it had over 11 million views.
These videos are literally made by typing in one sentence to an AI video maker. These apps cost as little as $4 a month.
Just type, "I want a 20 minute video about the dangers of firearms in a male voice." In less than 10 seconds you have a complete, edited, ready to publish video which can make you thousands of dollars a month.
And they are easy to spot...in my experience.
On the other hand, there are some great videos which use AI pictures and video, but researched and written....or at least edited by a human.
Again, understand this is not a hill im willing to die on. I personally know when an AI generated video says "polar bears invade the white house", im clever enough to know, from the thumbnail, its garbage.
I can name at least 535 of them.

so far I've found Four Boxes Diner and Guns & Gadgets to be the best for actually giving you REAL information.
Even Langly Outdoors has more real information than Armed Scholar does.
Depends on what you consider a "good" criminal. By "good" I'd equate that to success. My metric for success as a criminal would be they've made themselves substantial money and/or attained power, while avoiding prison. All 535 fit that criteria. If anything they're some of the best - they are all wealthy, and very seldom do they go to prison despite their public notoriety.

And certainly congresscritters are more successful than your average hoodlum jacking cars, but they're rank amateurs compared to the unnamed people pulling their strings.

But this goes with exactly what we are talking about here. Ill watch maybe 1 out of 50 of Anthony' videos. His click bait titles are extremely annoying, and the reason I never subscribed.
The only time I watch is when I know a court decision has been made, or something similar. He is more of an addition to FBD, because he may add some value.
