Suspect was armed and exchanged fire with police (reports mention camouflage clothing and shooting from an elevated position).
Heavy police response, helicopters, dogs, and a wide shelter-in-place emergency alert.
The area has a large Orthodox Jewish community, with kosher restaurants and institutions nearby.

Most gun-grabbing politicians always blame the "gun culture" and claim how "you can just buy a gun at any local Walmart 'over the border' so we have to ban guns EVERYWHERE!!!" as justification for pushing their bullshit on the rest of the world.
So they'll never even try to understand that their disarmament agenda is even remotely be related to mass shootings. The only time they understand "target of opportunity" is when they have to go out in public, which is why they have heavily armed guards and never announce where they are going ahead of time.
