It is the same today on other states.
I registered my early SP1's, and other full featured AW's that I can shoot in public on ranges. Safe Queens for the most part.
Mass shooters tend to need them, historically speaking.
Not a great home defense weapon as the bullets tend to go through nearby homes, too.
