Federal appeals court finds no constitutional right to clean drinking water OR accurate information during a public health crisis

I get the clean drinking water as long as it’s reported fairly and accurately, but if the government has no obligation to provide us with accurate information then we need less of them than I thought.id also assume this would not remove all liability from their misinformation, but who knows.
Just curious if they don’t need to provide me with accurate information then why do I?

There's quite a bit the Federal, State, and Local Governments do that have no Constitutional basis or Right. demorats will tell you the "Right" to Healthcare, well there isn't an enumerated Federal Right, so it reverts to the individual States where you have the Right to seek Healthcare, but not to demand it from the State. You have the Right to Travel Freely, but not to operate a motor vehicle upon the Roadways without meeting requirements to do so, that's where the Sovereign Citizens get it wrong, and try as they might to twist the Laws, they either end up with a Ticket or handcuff with a citation issued upon release.
Government has gotten so big and gotten away with so many bastardizations, omissions, and outright disregard of the Bill of Rights and State Constitutions for so long, one has to wonder IF we really do have Rights from God or allowances from the government.

If the "right to healthcare" that isn't mentioned anywhere in the constitution means the taxpayers have to buy it for you, then i want my free guns and ammo because of the RKBA that is explicitly mentioned.
