Hasidim are a sect. They are viewed as such by other Jews. Setmar Hasidic sect doesn't even believe state of Israel should exist. There are Orthodox Christian sects with weird interpretation of the Bible. The fringe doesn't define mainstream.
I agree there is a problem with AIPAC and there are a lot of obnoxious Jewish politicians in the U.S. It has nothing to do with Talmud.

Zionism has much to do with the political philosophy in the talmud . (the chosen people the chosen ones the authority to do what ever needs to be done is justifed as a holy cause ect ) the fact that the politicans here put Isreal first is evidence of that
