M390, M4, HXP, cv20, are some of the top steels right now, there are others that escape me at the moment . Very expensive but they have been described by some as " perma sharp".

And I'm sure worth sending out to be sharpened. haha
The premium one is willing to pay for high end steels is directly related to how much one sucks at sharpening. And I really suck at sharpening!

Spyderco Bushcraft. Just a handsome knife.
Oh, I get it. Do you sharpen knives for folks?
So now that I have learned of Bark River Knives I am suddenly feeling a desire to EDC small fixed knives on my belt.

Knives I wish I hadn't sold and if I get the $$$ will buy again - this time for keeps.
Shivworks Disciple (reverse edge knife) - Trace Rinaldi design, Hugo Bos steel, Craig Douglas concept:
Shivworks Clinch Pik - same origins as Disciple - for close in work
Strider DB - "crowbar with an edge" - super strong knife for .MIL, LEO, EMS or serious citizen

I'm good at it... doesn't mean I like doing it. haha
You know though if I had a good system for sharpening faster I totally would.
I like to send my stuff into the Apostle P youtube guy. He'll put on a mirror polish edge that'll split atoms

No real rhyme or reason to what I want; sometimes I want a knife I've read about, saw in a case or someone else had, etc. Not all are expensive, but some hold a sentimental value w/ me.
SOG Bowie:
Trident 2.0:
A collection of the knives from First Blood 1 and 2 (but I could care less for the 3rd):
Too many folders to list, I just like knives and want them all, but not necessarily a "wish list"
Bonus - not a knife, but do want.
Master Sword (from Zelda series):

I don't really have any wish list knives. I wouldn't mind a set of throwing knives though. It would be fun for a while.
Eventually, I want to try making a knife or two.
