This means the consumer is paying for the recycling costs.
Expect your processing and packaging fees or simply the prices to go up.
That is the way it happened in Europe.

So are they paying part of the trash pickup at individuals homes? The people already pay for this.
In Syracuse we buy trash to burn in the trash burner power plant at Rt81 and 481.

Been there before. I have a few of the "shopping baskets" in my basement at home. They come in handy for lots of things.

I had a friend recently retire from a major recycling operation locally. It's a shitty cut throat business and is based purely on money.
