Sounds like deadly physical force would be reasonable when attacked like this, and in the moment. First line of defense is home security system, with cameras, proximity sensors, etc..

We will see, but NY already has a law requiring a semi auto rifle permit that scotus alr3ady said is ok.. so, maybe full featured rifles will be legal here, but it will be registered the same as a handgun or else! Fuck these crooked politicians.
